Description of Work: I asked Ultimate Security to upgrade my alarm keypad to a touchscreen. Ultimate has been my security company since 2007. They researched what equipment could be installed which required replacing the panel and a printed circuit in the control panel. They were great and came to install the equipment the same week I called with the inquiry. They arrived on time and were completely professional. I recommend them highly.

+ -1 moreContacted them before I move into my new home to have some wiring done. I work in the security industry for a major manufacturer of security equipment, i needed some wire terminations and retro-fit done on my existing home for which I was willing to pay and pay well. Again all I got was 'uh-huh...I'll pass'. The very definition of useless, they advertise a service but don't want to provide it. I'm glad I found out the kind of business they are before it was too late. beware.
Description of Work: Service Provider bills themselves as 'low voltage' security work. I contacted them about having some low voltage wiring done and was literally told "I'll pass". Shrug Guess they don't want business. Must be nice to turn away business.

Description of Work: Ultimate Alarms installed our security alarm system approx. 4 years ago. They are a small company with little overhead and were able to substantially beat competitors prices. Since the initial installation, we have had contact with them 2-3 times. Each time they responded quickly and even handled some of our questions over the phone. Highly recommend.
