Trott Air Conditioning

I had my air serviced by another service provider in June of 2011(Climate Solutions Inc.) who only wanted to sell me a new air conditioner. when I refused they said it needed to be cleaned. So I allowed Climate Solutions to perform the work..$800 bucks later my air conditioner would not turn on...My home warranty company recommended Trott, and I was extremely happy. They came out and got my unit up and running, and made a return trip to replace 2 small parts that were ruined by climate solution. They also stated it appeared that Climate solution left the exterior duct cover off of the unit and my duct work was swelling to to taking on moisture and replaced the cover and the duct work for only $250. I am not sure if that is good price or not...however it seemed reasonable to me and my air has never worked better. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Trott..he explained why they were going to be doing and what could be causing the issues, also offered several suggestions to keep my A/C running better. They have performed several small repairs and maintenance since then. Very Pleased!!

They guy came and complained about the previous company that he worked for who did maintainance for me before. He complained nonstop and talked a lot. He said that my compressor was fine, but as soon as he left it started tripping again. I called the warranty company and they sent an electrician who confirmed that it was definitely a compressor problem.
