+ -1 moreCompany ads specifically says carpet repair but person I talked to says theydon’t do carpet repair, just installation. I suggested they change their advertising and Angie’s List should ask them to change the misrepresentation!

+ 0 moreThey installed new laminate flooring in the above areas along with all the trim work needed. When complete they did a nice job of cleaning up and removing all debris. He also cut a section of the old carpet to my wife's specifications that she wanted to keep for use in our shed. They did a very nice job and if we decide to do anything with the carpet in the remaining two bedrooms, I'm sure we will give them a call.
Description of Work: We had them work in the living room, front bedroom and closet and hall way to bathroom and another bedroom. They removed all the carpet and padding.

+ 0 moreCalled and spoke to owner who seemed very willing to provide service to recently purchased mobile home. When I called again to pursue the matter he never responded. Called repeatedly and sent an email with no response. The least he could have done is email a response. I then took my business to Manasota Flooring who gave me prompt and excellent service. All of the details were arranged remotely as we live in MA and we were going to be in Florida for twelve days only . The Masters Touch was anything but masterful in this case.

+ 0 moreJeff, Craig and Kay are great people. All three are very professional, but also very knowledgeable and helpful. They moved the furniture out of each room, when finished they returned it.. They did an excellent job of cleaning up as they went along.They were very fast, they installed approximately 900 square feet of flooring as well as quarter round throughout. Were very happy with our new flooring and have been talking about further projects with this company in the future.

Description of Work: Had plumbing work done, had to pull back carpeting in room/closet. Masters Touch was willing to do the relatively small job of putting the carpet back. Repaired some tack strips also. Did it very timely, very good cost, very good quality, easy to arrange. Good source for floor stuff.

+ -1 moreThey took time to meet with me prior to start, listened to and addressed my concerns. Workers are polite, obliging, and courteous. Very pleased with the results. A1 job done.
Description of Work: Removed 25 years old carpet, prep floor, sanded, installed sub floor, cut and laid congoleum through whole house, cleaned work areas as each stage completed, very professional in work and demeanor.

+ -1 moreJeff and his assistant Jim arrived on time. They assessed the job and noted the additional labor that was needed. They went to work and completed the job in about two hours.
Description of Work: Re-installed existing carpeting over new pad. Repaired/replaced tack strips as necessary. This job was made necessary by a water leak that soaked half the carpeting in the house, which we removed and dried out.

We do not offer any type of cleaning, dying or refinishing services. Repairs are limited to Charlotte County.
