Description of Work: We bought window treatments from them and they installed them. They hooked us up with a husband and wife team who does their installs here. They sent them over, they did all the measuring and installing.

+ 1 moreIt took them three months to get the granite in for our new bathroom vanity. During the process, they ordered the wrong granite. The plumber they sent out put the plumbing in wrong as well.
Description of Work: We bought our granite from them for a remodeling project.

+ -1 moreThey were great. It was on sale but we waited for four months for the stock. For big appliances, I highly recommend them because I never regretted anything that I bought from them.
Description of Work: I bought my two French door LG refrigerator from The Home Depot – Port Charlotte. It just broke down completely but I have a warranty so they replaced the whole refrigerator free of charge.

+ -1 moreA VERY uncomfortable,unprofessional, unacceptable experience Huge mistakes on quote, especially the Silestone counter .This whole project was a nightmare from the minute the work crew showed up, the staff at Home Depot were aware of EACH and EVERY problem and could have cared less
Description of Work: I had refaced the cabinets in my kitchen in 2010. A five year warranty , called to have problems assessed on Jan 07, 2014. Refacing separating Called this evening (03/28/2014) to see when I could expect fruition, to find that NOTHING had been submitted properly I have MANY issues with the total experience of my update of my kitchen. I would NEVER, EVER use Home Depot again , the customer service is beyond horrendous!!!! Nor would I EVER buy a Maytag appliance again.
