Description of Work: I needed someone to clean my house every two weeks, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, mop etc, just general house cleaning. I asked for deep cleaning once every 3 months, as I have several knick knacks and things hanging on the wall. The basement was to be cleaned at this time, also.

Description of Work: House cleaning, 2 homes, one new, one old. The older home, used for a guest house, was to be cleaned quarterly. The new one, on the same property as the older one, was to have been cleaned monthly.

Description of Work: We moved out of a residence we had rented for 9 1/2 years. The residence was old and had a horrible carpet more than 20 yrs old when we first moved in. We had an absentee landlord who had never cleaned the air vents so dust was THICK, cobwebs everywhere, bad plumbing and ancient tile in the kitchen. We bought a new home and hired RCH to professionally clean the old residence in order to get our initial deposit back. They performed beyond our expectations! I returned the day after they completed the job to find it spotless - everything from countertops to bathroom. They even swiffered all of the walls from top to bottom!! I cannot say enough about their wonderful work and dedication to the job that was not easy! We had kept the house in as good a shape as possible except for the obvious age condition and puppy hair from our Labs. They vacummed up the puppy hair and left me totally happy w/the entire project. Took them most of a day to complete ceiling to floor cleaning on a large house and were worth every penny!!! I would recommend them highly!!! On the flip side - never ever hire FullPower Enterprises - owned by Scott and Gloria Fuller of Springfield, Missouri. They were our landlords and provide outdoor tree trimming/landscaping etc. They own several rental properties in the area and are slumlords. They will rip you off in a heartbeat - even the carpet cleaners and plumbers they use which we had to force him to come to the old residence soooo many times stated Scott was a rip-off of everyone they ever knew/had rented from him. Description of Work: Vacuumed floors and stairs (2 sets of stairs) Damp cleaned hardwood floors in 2 rooms and one hall Dusted 9 rooms, including blinds, and a landing/reading nook Cleaned 3 full and 2 half baths thoroughly, including wiping down places that are often missed or ignored Kitchen - wiped all appliances, countertops, and cabinet fronts and even cleaned the little holder under the water spout on the refrigerator, where white spots tend to form. Will clean inside of refrigerator as requested. Changed linens on two beds. Emptied trash in all rooms. Cleaned all mirrors Dusted all pictures and frames Patiently helped my aged mother up and down the porch steps even though they could have called me to help instead Asked questions on the few things they were unsure of, rather than forging ahead before they checked our preferences Will provide estimates for window and carpet cleaning as needed in the future. Dusted ceiling corners, chandeliers, etc.

Description of Work: I have used Rebecca's company for almost a year - she provides bi-monthly service. They are on time and always perform the cleaning services I expect. They respect my home and property like it was their own. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in th Springfield area.
