Dan checked our doors and windows without being asked. He went the extra mile. We hope our condo office make note of his number in case our neighbors have unwanted visitors."

I had this done when I went on vacation for my birthday on Nov 15. They were here due to the wood termites. I had other concerns for I have gnats, roaches, mice, indian moths & etc. I asked the question if the gas may kill some of these others issues & was told it would. David came out on time (hugely important to me) and found evidence of entry and activity in the attic quickly. He set traps and, in a few days, returned to check the traps, closed up entry points, and installed new soffit vents.
