Pat's Painting and Drywall

Patâ s always the first person my entire family will call when we need any painting or drywall work! We had a leak in the roof before we replaced it, and had to cut out a section of our ceiling and he effortlessly blended the replaced drywall so well that you canâ t tell we replaced it. He perfectly matched the textured ceiling work! He also painted the entire house interior when we moved in, in only a few days! Couldnâ t pick a better guy to paint!!

After an annoying number of emails and notifications reminding me of a confirmed appointment, this contractor did not show up or answer his phone

Considering that I had to get a whole House done in 3-4 days in order to get it on The market..they worked efficiently and were very Flexible. Above all ,no mess or spills..and they clean Up when they are done.pricing is reasonable too.

Pat and his associates, Ernest and Tim, are true professionals who painted our house, repaired and textured our lanai ceiling and front door entryway and sealed and painted our driveway. Their work was excellent---they completed the project in the time allotted----and the price was VERY reasonable. As you can see---we heartily recommend this company.

Pat & Tim painted the exterior of our home October the price was very good an the job was excellent ! came when they said they would, job was done when they said it would, clean neat job, they painted our house as if it were there own.. very professional & trust worthy !! we will be using them to paint the inside of the house the first of the year. no need to call anyone else just call Pat.

Pat and Tim removed the popcorn ceiling in our entire house. They worked around our furniture and numerous nick-knacks. They draped everything in plastic sheets, moved the furniture, worked in a timely manner, and cleaned everything up. Popcorn ceiling removal is a mess. If you are planning on having it removed, unlike us, do it before you move in. If you are already in your home and want it removed be prepared for a messy job. Either way I would highly recommend Pat. He made the process as easy as possible at a very reasonable cost.

Pat is a true professional (hard to find these days in Florida). I had about 1000ft2 of very rough ceilings in the open concept living/kitchen area. My house was built in 1972 and the ceilings were sagging. Nails were popping ever so slightly, creating some small dimples. Parts of the kitchen was patched with new drywall. I wanted to replace the old 6.5" can lights with new 4" LED recessed lighting. On top of everything, I had a surface that resembled popcorn. It was a mess. I had three companies look at the job. The pricing from all three companies was similar. Two of the companies wanted to tear down my ceiling and install new drywall - this would have been an insulation nightmare as I have blown material in my attic. Pat quickly realized that he could make repairs where needed and skim coat everything (several times) to a complete the job. I am writing this as Pat has finished the job and left my ceilings in a beautiful state. Better than I expected. I live on the gulf of Mexico with large open windows and the sunlight shining in shows no defects at all. When it comes to plastering, you are either good at or not and Pat's experience clearly shows he is a rarity in Florida. 100% satisfied.

Pat installed and painted crown molding in my condo. There were several construction issues that arose during the install but Pat was able to problem solve there and then and come up with a solution. Pat did more than paint our outside wall after it was repaired. He pointed out several areas that were not repaired properly by another contractor that repaired wood siding on our home. He recommended contacting the other contractor and told us exactly what was not done properly. These repairs were then made by the other contractor and then Pat promptly finished the job with an excellent paint job. We were so pleased with his work that we hired him again for another inside project. His overall knowledge of general construction proved very valuable for us.

Pat was always on time. He never ask for money ahead of time. He finished the job ahead of estimated time. He is very professional but still personable. After removing popcorn ceiling, he smoothed & painted. He then painted walls. Superior job!

Pat came in and drywall and painted our kitchen and livingroom. He was dependable, professional and did excellent work. We added more drywall work than originally quoted and he had no problems accommodating us. I'm planning on using him again for my bathroom drywall and painting job! I would not hesitate to recommend Pat to others!

Pat went above and beyond our expectations. We had a knockdown finish on our ceiling with gaping holes from molding that had been applied to hide the bad seams. Pat asked if I wanted a smooth ceiling. I thought that would be impossible! Pat accomplished the impossible.The ceiling is beautiful. He also had to work around people laying tile, electricians and cabinet installers. He worked well with all of them. He showed up when he said he would and his follow up on project was superb. Anyone would be fortunate to have them work on their project.
