+ 1 moreLombard's was a subcontractor to Rx Renovation Experts. Jeff Scott, owner of Lombardo's is also an owner of Rx. Months after the work on our bathroom was completed, we got a notice from Lombardo's informing us that they would be putting a lien on our property because, the alleged, Rx had not paid them. Since Jeff Scott was the major cash investor in Rx, this appears to me that he is putting a lien on our property because he did not pay himself. I just learned that Lombardo's put liens on 31 homes where their partner Rx did the renovations. Stay far away from these people.

+ -1 moreVery friendly people. Fair price. Took about 8 days for slab to arrive. There was a one day delay on instalation due to cutting machine problem. They cut a huge L shape countertops without having to seam it. Installers were very nice and did a professional job installing. Wouldn't leave till I inspected everything.

+ 0 moreSo far, they were pretty good. They were honest. They took us around to their granite company. They showed us many types of granites. They were just cheaper than just about anybody around. They showed us the whole process on how they did stuff.
Description of Work: We bought a granite countertop from Lombardo Flooring & Granite but they haven't installed it yet. They will be installing it in about a week.
