They quoted the best price. Their work was impeccable. Replaced two complete systems in my home in one day. Extreme attention to detail- complete professionals. The whole team was courteous- cannot say enough good things about these guys. This how you are supposed to run a business.

We originally went thru another company that installed our A/C unit in 2015. Our unit quit running. We had Cliffs come out and they said it was the motor and we needed a new one, they brought out a new motor and it was defective and they couldn't get another one until the next day, at this point we didn't have any A/C for 5 days and it was humid! I contacted Ron w/ Larson's and he said he could come out that evening and fix it right away. I kid you not, this man came out and fixed it in 30 mins and guess what it had nothing to do w/ the motor! The circuit board needed replaced! I would've paid $790.00 for a new motor if I wouldn't have cancelled w/ Cliff's Air Conditioning. Whatever you do, do not go w/ Cliff's. They will misdiagnose the issue, rape you financially and their secretary is very rude and needs to get out of customer service. Ron w/ Larson's A/C was very professional, down to earth and fast and his prices are affordable!! Ron thank you very much for fixing our A/C. We are definitely going to remain your customers from here on out!!

They came when called to survey the situation on a Friday with the HVAC unit, ordered the replacement and installed it early the following week. The installation was done neatly and professionally and so was the clean-up. Well done!

Polite, knowledgeable and fair price

A/C out. Woke at 4am in June, in Florida, at 84 degrees inside. Felt frantic. Larsen s was here and finished, with cool air blowing by 10:30 am the same day!! Very responsive to my HomeAdvisor request (they were done before any other company even called.). Our tech explained what was going on, fixed it, and was exceptionally kind to our sweaty and whiny house crew! Thank you!

These people are a pleasure with to work. Knowledgeable, pleasant, willing to explain every step of the visit. Not interested in "selling" you a product or new AC. Over all a great experience. Had to come back a second time and waived the service call charge (not heard of). Yes, I would recommend this fine company and personnel.
