Description of Work: My relatively new computer experienced a ransomware attack that was seeking over $400.00 to remove the block that had completely locked the computer. I called David Kesselring for advice and a possible fix. David was able to eliminate the problem and to restore the computer to its original configuration. I have engaged David Kesselring several times. He is always responsive and professional. He never passes judgment on the inappropriate things we do to create computer problems. His charges are fair and reasonable.
