About us

I have been in the area for 18 years and have serviced snowbirds and locals. My customers have been very loyal to me because of my services and punctuality. I have references from customers all over the u.s. And canada. I am computer literate and supply customers with emailed before and after pictures of any work completed while out of town or of there investment properties. I have had up to four emplyees but am always on a job from start to finish. If you need anything done dont hesitate to call me.

Jay came and gave an estimate based on the work we wanted done. His estimate included a ceiling fan, which was within the cost of an outdoor ceiling fan, but we wanted to pick our own. Because we live out of town, we ordered the ceiling fan online and Jay picked it up @ a local store. He performed the work on the day that he told us. We would call on Jay again and recommend to friends and family.
Description of Work: He pressured washed, sealed seams, coated with elastomer and painted lanai roof. Cleaned gutters. He installed an outdoor ceiling fan in our lanai and ran power to outlet. He also replaced a screen.
