Description of Work: We made an agreement for J&D Pools to do a weekly cleaning. They did good work but after only three visits, I received a bill for the following month with a $15 increase in price. I called and asked why they raised the price. I was told it was because I did not have a pool vac, which they knew from the start that I did not have a vac. I told them that I would not pay the unwarranted increase in price. They never returned even though they didn't finish the first month which I had paid in full. They cheated me out of one week's pool cleaning.

+ -1 moreJ and D had been servicing my pool before I bought the house last year. And I am very glad I have continued using them. They are here every week and do a great job.
Description of Work: These guys are great. When I told them my pool had a leak they suggested I call someone who specialized in finding and fixing pool leaks. They recommended M & D Pool Leak Seekers and said they were honest and good.

+ -1 moreInstallation of the pool heater went without any problems. Repairs of pool pump are always done in a timely manner and always done right. He can fix problems that happen due to years of wear and tear. I am always satisfied with my weekly service. If I recommend him to friends and neighbors they are happy as well. If you are in need of a weekly pool service that can do repairs as well...look no further Darrel is the best.
Description of Work: Darrel has been servicing my pool weekly for the past 12 years. When we purchased our home the sellers used him for years and were very willing to suggest that we keep him. That was good advice. Darrel can repair and install anything associated with the pool. He can fix any problems that may arise. We purchased a new heater for the pool and Darrel picked one up and installed it. He is always a phone call away if I need help. His pool service weekly is the best. They are there every Monday without fail. In the 12 years that we used them only once can I remember receiving a letter saying on the fourth of July they would be away but would make sure the pool had enough chemicals for that week. Not a problem.

+ -1 moreHe is very reliable, and does repairs as well. Maintains the pool in its entirety as well as cleaning it. Charges a great rate, and hasn't raised it in 10 years. Does great work. Comes out every Monday like clockwork.
