I had an appointment set for an estimate. No one showed for the appointment and no one contacted me. I called and did not receive a call back. Very disappointed. Would not recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt, showed up when they said they would, got the job done earlier than predicted and fair priced. Would definitely use them again.

Bryan showed up on time took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, and scheduled the times the maintenance would be done. He was polite and professional.

Pristine job mowing the lawn. It was a LAST minute thing we needed. We were moving out of our rental and desperately needed lawn mowed by the next day. He took the job and made it look great. Price was much less than others I looked into.

Shawn came out to give me a quote. 5 days later I called he said they had computer problems and I would get the quote that afternoon. I never got an answer back. Very bad service if you can't even get a quote.

I hired Imperial Home Svcs to reengineer a seawall. The work involved excavation and rework of electrical and water supplies. I was impressed with the entire crew and will consider them f or other projects.

Shawn and Troy were simply amazing. Troy installed bathroom cabinets, moulding around windows and doors, hung a very heavy piece of art, and put together 4 things that came in boxes with a million pieces in what seemed like no time at all. Extremely professional, courteous, and a fair price. I will definitely use them again!

Shawn and his team were invaluable in installing a dog gate inside my jeep wrangler. With limited instructions they were able to install the gate in the jeep with no problem.
