Many thanks to Gibson. They came as soon as possible and didn't rush. They were polite, competent and professional. They came out not knowing exactly what they would find and were able to resolve my problem as well as advising me on controlling roots. I am very satisfied and will not call anyone else.

Went great! Came late on a Friday afternoon. We were leaving for vacation next day and it had to get fixed! They got there around 3:30pm and had fixed by 5pm. And pumped out septic tank also. Very happy. This is second time we have used them.

They were on time, professional & courteous. They did everything possible to help out with the needed reports while meeting a narrow time frame as I requested. Leah was very helpful.

I wanted to write an update for my review from June 2016. Leah Gibson read my review and was concerned enough about my comments about being charged for an estimate unexpectedly that she refunded my fee completely. Truly a classy thing to do. A company that operates this way today is truly impressive!

I was very pleased. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained a lot of information that I had not known. They did a thorough job and was able to do it the same day.

All positive. Very professional on the phone when making the appointment, showed up on time, price quoted was what I paid, and the technician explained clearly what he found. Very satisfied!

Much to our delight, once the project was well on its way, they determined that we would not need the lift station, thus saving us quite a bit of money! We were so pleased with the final product! Everything was handled efficiently and all steps of this project was communicated to us clearly. Not only did we finish this job under bid, we finished several weeks sooner than expected. We won't hesitate to call them for anything regarding our septic system.

Very well. I thought the septic had to be pumped but they said no it was the filter. They could have told me it needed to be pumped but they were honest. I have used them before and they have always been honest

They're honest, when they came they were done in a day. They're also reasonably priced. They do good work at an affordable price. I have not had any problems.

I scheduled an appointment with the receptionist for someone to come out and look at the septic tank because the lid was missing and there was a hole in the yard. The receptionist suggested that I be home for the inspection in case the service person needed to dig in the yard, or pump the tank. The appointment was set for 3 pm and at 4:20pm I received a call that someone would be there in 30 minutes. The service person was polite, digged around the hole, examined the tank, explained a few things and advised that a new septic tank was needed. After that he provided me with bill for $175! I was surprised both with the amount and that no one had mentioned the cost to me prior to the appointment. I paid with a check but I will not call them again if they cannot provide a free estimate, or at least warn me that it would cost $175; especially since no other work was done.

We called in the morning and they arrived around noon even though it was not an emergency. The man who came got to work and found a problem which he corrected and then worked hard to clean the rest of the tank. He was pleasant and answered all of questions. His equipment was very clean and he inspired confidence. We plan on using them again.

I was very impressed by the honesty and professionalism of this family run company. Another contractor advised me that I needed a complete new septic tank and draining field. Gibson saved me a lot of money. The staff were very polite and pleasant. In my view, they went over and above my expectations in leveling out the lawn, sprinkling grass seed and covering it with hay. They even watered it! I have no hesitation in recommending Gibson Septic Tank Service.

My 25 year old septic tank needed to be replaced. I panicked! I had no idea where to start, and I was out of the state. I needed help! I contacted several septic services in the Englewood, FL area. Several gave me estimates, but did not go to the property. Gibson did an on-site inspection, a drawing and explained every single step of the operation. Even though I did my research, I must have called 20 times for clarification of many different things. Everyone was extremely professional, and basically held my hand while I was 2000 miles away. Gibson did everything I asked for and more. I would recommend Gibson Septic to everyone needing this service.

We had a backed-up septic tank coming into our shower. Talked to them at 4:00PM they were here at 6:00PM same day and made repairs and emptied the tank. We recommend them to anyone that ask and then some that do not ask. Great company run by trusting and caring people

Company was very responsive to my need for emergency service. They gentlemen were professional and neatly dressed. They did back the large truck over the water tunnel and I have not assessed that yet. Overall, would recommend.

The scheduled arrival was set, but they asked if there would be an issue if they may show earlier than expected. To my pleasant surprise, they showed around 45 minutes earlier. The two gentlemen were very professional, fast and left very minimal telltale signs that they had dug. If I could, I would rate this company with an A+++!
