+ -1 moreFantastic! Same day service. Arrived exactly when promised. Very knowledgeable and professional. Worked fast, paid close attention to all details, and safety conscious. Had all the professional tools and new parts on hand. After installation, checked for and made any needed adjustments to track, wheels, hinges, door opener chain, everything. The door works better now, smoother and quieter than it ever has before. Fantastic job. 10-STAR rating! My advice: Call them first!

+ -1 moreI have used when needed Marco & Petra since they have owned the business & just like in the past this service was done just like I like my steak cooked, VERY WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as a rule I get 3-4 bids on everything, Marcos was first, before the others came in I gave the job to them based on my past dealings with them ,including the time & info he gave me at the time of the bid. I never looked at the other bids.

At 12:30am he responded he could fix it on Monday. Even arranged a time. Arriving ontime, he was very quick, professional, friendly and the owner! I definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: Steve evaluated the noisy and shaky operation of my garage door and suggested he start with the most common cause of the problem, bad pulley bearings. He removed and showed me the wear on each pulley and let me decide how many I wanted to replace. I chose to do all four because it was a minimal expense. He then went ahead and tightened all the bolts, lubricated the tracks, reattached my sensors to a proper location where they would stay solidly attached, and secured all the loose wires. He went far beyond just fixing the pulleys and considering it done. The door operates so smoothly and quietly that it's like brand new. | |He gave me an appointment time rather than a "window" and arrived promptly. He was friendly and professional and I would absolutely use and recommend him again.

Description of Work: This company provided us a garage door and garage door opener as part of a complete package we purchased of a free standing garage. They were organized by the contractor so we didn't call them or schedule them, the contractor did. Their work is excellent, the door is well installed and the opener as well. The only VERY MINOR complaint was the wiring from the garage door opener to the switch at the door was a bit sloppy, but we fixed it in 5 minutes. Otherwise, great work, service and products. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreI called them right away to let them know, but apparently they never got the message as the man was sent out. He drove all the way out here from the other side of town and he had such a friendly demeanor! He just stated to contact them if I had future issues. I asked if I needed to pay the $75 service charge, but he said no as my garage door was working.
Description of Work: My garage door wasn't working. Within minutes of contacting them, the door actually started working again!
