They destroy the yard. Cut some trees. They did an awful job. Its a mess. I won't recommend them to anyone.

The service was good. It took longer than expected but I was satisfied with their work. I would recommend them.

The service was excellent. I did a google review. I spent a long time to find a fence company and I happen to stumble on them. They email me when my permit and material had arrived and they did the job well.

Sabrina in their office was phenomenal. Angel is who came out and he was great as well. They reaffirmed my faith in contractors. B grade just because of minor issue with handle on gate and a little miscommunication as to when the team was coming out. I plan on using their services again.

Five foot vinyl chain link fence was installed. Looks great!

It was fine. It took a long time. There were some delays which may have been due to the hurricanes that came thru here but other than that everything was fine.

Gino was the installer for Fency Dynamics for our fence purchased & arranged for through Lowe's. He was meticulous about the installation , on time, polite, and a very hard worker in unusually high temps for April. As we had a Freedom, American dog-eared fence to match existing fence on our property, the install was not just a snap together, but required installation of two sets of brackets on each side of each post which was labor intensive. He did a fantastic job. I would hire him in a heart beat. His caliber of workmanship is few and far between. I would highly recommend Gino in particular for any job.

Wow it's hard to believe Home Depot continues to use Fence Dynamics as a vendor. I signed contract on July 15, 2016 with Fence Dynamics and was told 4-6 weeks for installing.I can not go into much detail as of today I have hired Attorney and will be contacting Florida office of the Attorney General , as well as Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations who issue state required licenses to Contractors. To date no Fence has been installed and today's reason for not installing was due to hurricane Matthew , which will have minimal impact( if any) on Lee County. The entire process has been Unconscionable . I would strongly recommend every customer who has had similar experiences to file complaints with appropriate State of Florida agencies. Fence Dynamics is a company who is practicing deceptive business protocol. I will exhaust all resources necessary to end this type of treatment consumers are receiving in the State of Florida by a Contractor who holds a State issued License.

Awesome! The whole staff was great. No hidden charges to raise the price. Great communication. Installers were curteous and professional, which is a rarity in the construction world.

The installation was awesome! the job done far exceeded my expectations, The only issue was that when your yard has flags for your utilities make sure they are well marked, in our side the television cable was not marked correctly and the line was cut. This was the only issue. I would like to say thank you to Fence Dynamics for there weekly phone calls and project updates. Great communications! I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to all my friends and anyone considering a fence install.

Everyone from sales associate to installers were very helpful and courteous. Installers did a wonderful job with the fence and clean up after. Would highly recommend them.

We were looking for a contractor to install a fence at our house that would look really good. Fence Dynamics sent Mike to give us an estimate and it was a little higher than we wanted but we decided to hire them because they seemed like good people. We had some problems with the installation because once we signed the contract it took more time than we thought for them to get the building permit, and the installers ended up coming a day later than we were originally scheduled. But they did do a great job and we thin the fence looks beautiful. My neighbors say it looks nice too. It was a little expensive compared to some other quotes we got, but I do think they did a great job.

We have an older lady renting one of our homes in Naples and we wanted to put up a privacy fence. We are out of state so the sales rep dealt with our renter in person and by phone and email with us. We were happy with the price so we went with them. The renter says the installers were pros and there were no problems. She's happy with the new fence and based on the photos they did a good job. We did not have any issues. The job took about 4 weeks total.

On 6/2/14 I agreed to have above fencing installed and paid Rhino Fence & Rail a 20% downpayment ($450). The Rhino representative indicated approx. 3 weeks for installation. On 6/30 I was notified that building permit had finally been approved. Installation was scheduled for 7/1/14. No installer showed up on 7/1 however he did show up on the afternoon of 7/2. Suprisingly he did not have permit with him and was uncertain as to property line location. Before starting work the installer was cautioned as to sprinkler system locale and to be very careful in any digging.Shortly after beginning job however he broke through 2 sprinkler system lines while installing a post. This required a system shutoff to prevent property flooding. (Note: In Rhino's installation contract they claim no responsibility for sprinkler system damage). The installer then abruptly announced he would return 7/5 to repair sprinkler line and complete fence installation and left. He asked to leave his installation materiel on the property till his return on 7/5 and I agreed. On 7/3 Rhino's office called and said he might not show up on 7/5, which he didn't. I was told by their office on 7/7 that installation and repair would now happen on 7/8 but again nobody showed up. I was then informed 7/9 would be the date and again a no show. Another installer did show up on 7/10 and successfully completed fence installation without incident as well as a partial sprinkler system repair. Installer did refer someone for further repair work on sprinkler but at property owners expense. Additional repair is pending. The actual installed fence meets all expectations.

They did a great job and the fence looks fantastic. They finished on the same day they started, the process was fairly painless, and we are happy with our fence. We live on a corner lot so we needed a lot of fencing installed plus we had two gates put in so the fact that they finished in a few hours is very impressive.

The interaction was fine. I would have appreciated somebody coming out instead of doing it over the phone. The quote was average and about the same. I'm not sure if I would use them.

The fence is very nice and seems to be installed very straight and nice,but customer service and professionalism was difficult. Quote took a month to get, needed to be revised several times because it did not include requested materials Difficult to schedule an appt. although planned months in advance,could not get a committment to install until a week before Installation delayed because installers didn't show Missing cap on one fence post, called and emailed 4 times,but 6 weeks later they have not provided a cap for the fence post Broke sprinkler system pipes, by puncturing sprinkler head and pipe with fence post. Never told me about this and it was very obvious just looking at the fence post.

Salesman (Todd) was on time for estimate and very personable and knowledgeable. Rhino kept on top of the City to get the permit issued and the work was installed very quickly after that. Beautiful job, would use again and would highly recommend.

Salesman was very helpful in providing a design within our budget. The company kept us informed as to when the material was received and when we could expect installation. Installers were punctual and answered any concerns we had. Our property has an uneven frontage but the installers did a great job. We are thrilled with the quality and appearance.

Still have not decided as to when and if we will proceed.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Ran into problem with irrigation lines and were not going to proceed until they were sure I understood problem. Quickly resolved. Very efficient.

Good crew though young, they adjusted things that we mentioned right away. had to order the proper mag lock for chain link to be pool code came back in 1 week to install and replace a few vinyl pieces that we marred. Waiting on final inspection. Do check on the progress and make sure it's level as you prefer and to your liking...they will adapt as requested. The work was done by Tarpon bay contractors.

I went with this contractor because he promised a higher-quality job than the local, more well-known fence contractor in Englewood. He told me he has "his own employees" and that they are paid better than the other company, hence, more loyalty, better job. On the day of the job, two subcontractors showed up, not "his own employees". Ok, I can deal with that. They were fast, efficient, friendly, but near the job's end, I saw the young member of the team trying to get the custom-made gate to fit the too-small opening. He told me "they made the gate too big." Ok, I can deal with that. Then his older partner came over, and together they forced the gate to fit, but clearly the gate was misaligned. I told them that. They "fixed" it again the next day. It was still misaligned, and yet they tried to tell me it was fine. It was clearly not. Now I can understand something not fitting, but I cannot understand, nor will I deal with, a contractor trying to pull the wool over my eyes by telling me something is fine (and hoping I am too stupid to know better) when it's clearly not. Finally, after two times with these subs, I got angry, called the owner directly, told him how I felt and how his subs were giving him a bad name and trying to cut corners on a problem so easily fixed (pull the post up and make the fence opening wider, duh!). He reassured me he'd fix it correctly, that yes, indeed, his company did do quality work. To his credit, he did send those same subs out again, and within a half hour, the gate and fence opening were fixed to my satisfaction. I paid and was done. When I hire a contractor, I pay for customer service, professionalism, courtesy and respect, not just the job itself. Trying to hide their mistakes and convince me the fence was ok when it was not, disturbs me and sours me on ever using that contractor again.

It is a small, local company. I have known the owner previously, and I actually did some work at his house at one point. They took care of some land clearing themselves to put the fence up. I had a lot of shrub palms and stuff like that, and instead of having to do that myself or hire someone to come out and do it, they included it in the price. I had no problems at all on any facet of the service, whether it was the sales department, the service crew, the installation and the time it took to install it and the price. I had no problem at all with anything.
