They cleaned the rollers, cleaned the tracks, and made some adjustments. They are a little pricy but they did a great job and we would hire them again. We would recommend them as well.

I recently sold my home and the buyer’s inspector noted the middle door of my triple sliding glass door was hard to open. The doors are 18 years old and because we almost never need more than one door to go in & out I hadn’t noticed that the middle door had become hard to open. The inspector recommended EZ Slider Sliding Glass Door & Window Repair. I called that company and scheduled an appointment. Mark Porter and his assistant showed up promptly at the appointed time. Both Mr. Porter and his assistant were respectful and courteous at all times. They evaluated the problem on both the sliding doors and the window. After explaining why the problems had occurred we discussed the process and cost for the necessary repairs. I found the description more than adequate and expense reasonable and they were able to fix everything to my satisfaction in a professional and timely manner. When I was a younger man I did almost all of the home maintenance myself, in fact if you visit their web page they recommend & demonstrate the installation of a sliding glass door dead bolt similar to the one I had installed on my sliding doors several years ago and I will add my endorsement to the extra security it provides. They drive clean, professional looking vehicles and have a broad service area. You can tell a lot about a service technician by the manner in which they prepare the job site, the way they treat their tools, and the way they protect your property like your floors and other surfaces. I couldn’t be more pleased with their services and clean up. If you have a problem with your sliding glass doors or a window give these folks a call. You won’t regret it.

Called back promptly to schedule appointment..Called day of appointment to see if OK to arrive 1/2 hr early...Greeted us and introduced themselves - and described options before starting work... Mike (owner) and Steve were happy to answer questions- worked professionally - and knew the intricacies of repairing our custom sliding doors so that they now move with just a finger touch! (Been wrestling with them for nearly a year since moving in last summer) We are 110% satisfied!!! Highly recommended- are telling all our friends and neighbors..... Only wish they were electricians/plumbers/general repairmen beyond sliders!!! 😄

They showed up on time. Quoted the job and we're able to do the work right away. We thought we were going to need new doors. But EZ Slider got our door is working better than brand new.

We needed to have one of the locking devices on one of our sliding glass doors replaced. We found an ad in the newspaper for the EZ Slider repair and made an assessment appointment. Mr Mark & Mike Porter, arrived at the appointed time and they tested all our doors and found that the two most used doors had damaged ball barring rollers. The other panels on the seven doors we have were in good shape and did not need replacing. They showed me the locking devices that they recommend to replace the damaged one and explained how they work and why they were more superior to the common latches seen on all sliding doors. I watched the videos on their website about how easy it is to jimmy the common latches and was 'sold' on replacing all seven door locks. On the appointed day and time Mr. Mike Porter and his son performed the work of replacing and lubricating the ball barrings, scrubbed and smoothed the tracks, adjusted the door angles and installed the new door locks. I am amazed and very pleased at how smooth and easily our doors now operate. As promised, they open and close with one finger!
