+ -1 moreWe were in need of some AC service for our daughters house. They had already been to our house so we knew the great work they did. Dale's AC was here by mid afternoon they were there and fixed the problem. The service tech Matt was not only very courteous, he was very informative as well. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs

+ -1 moreExcellent as usual. We’ve used them for over 10 years and they are reliable and professional. With the bi-annual checkup service, we get great service and they are usually out the same day. They were also helpful in choosing the correct size unit when we needed a new one. Today Matt was out for our first checkup in our new home and we look forward to fine service again. Highly recommend.

When we came home, there was nothing I have to pick up after them and everything worked as they said it would. Wonderful. He was very forthright and he was very honest. That's who I'm gonna have actually, I'll use the service to continue throughout the year for our air-conditioning services. They're very good. I would say that they're very professional. They're very kind. They're very knowledgeable. So, when they come in and you make a suggestion, they won't laugh at your suggestion but they won't just run with it 'cause they good make money off from you, they'll kinda work their way gently around.

+ 0 moreThe sales man was very knowledgable, honest and didn't try to over sale me on anything. He was prompt and flexible. He followed up on their work. I will call them again and highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: They did several things. Another air conditioner company had put in a new air conditioner and left huge holes in the wall, they also had to create a new opening for air flow as well as several other maintenance jobs the other company had not done.

+ -1 moreOver the phone we were quoted a price of $89 for the humidistat, including installation. The installer was very quick and neat. He was also helpful in answering general questions about my A/C system and spotted a couple of problem areas for me to address. The $89 price was very reasonable, especially since it included the service visit. I will use them again for all of my heating and A/C needs.

Description of Work: I moved into my home about a year ago and needed to have the central air conditioning system analyzed and serviced. Called Dale's on Friday and scheduled an appointment for Monday. Dustin the tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time (1 PM). He was very courteous and professional, and explained everything to me in detail. The air handler is quite old and on it's way out, but Dustin didn't pressure me into buying a whole new system. He cleaned the air handler, checked the filter, and gave it a thorough inspection. We set up a service schedule for regular maintenance of twice a year for $149 per year. I felt a lot more knowledgeable and comfortable about the AC system, what to expect if it does fail as far as pricing and financing. I would definitely recommend Dale's AC to anyone. They are a family owned business (Dustin is the son of the owner) and they are all very friendly and courteous.

+ -1 moreCalled their office and setup an appointment for routine service. Was given a time frame (1-3 pm ) to expect technician. Service tech arrived on time and introduced himself. Scott was professional and looked at system. Didn't find anything out of the ordinary except for some grass covered cooling fins on outside unit. Signed up for the preventative maintenance agreement. Basically getting two visits for $149 dollars. This works out great for us, we are not h****** our AC system. You get a 10% discount on parts and labor and no trip charge.

Description of Work: This was a service that was paid in advance that included an additional service, so we paid the nothing at this time. They did the annual service on Air conditioner, checked entire unit, took cover off outside unit, cleaned it, went into attic and checked connections, & unit. Very professional, polite, and friendly.
