Excellent job, workers where great, and the price was the best very affordable, compared to the four other bids I received. Clean up great I didn’t have to pick up one nail. Dealing with this company and the lady’s at the office and the owner Chris was a pleasure to do business with. Always answered the phone gets back to you asap. They are local in business for many years. Yes I would hire again.

It was fantastic and well beyond what I expected. The turbine was blown off and damaged. I called CW"s Roofing and they said they would come out the next day and provide as estimate which they promptly did. I signed the contract and took it to their office. I asked if someone could possibly put a tarp over the hole in the roof as I was unable to climb on the roof. A day of rain was predicted starting the next morning. I would have been very satisfied with that. CW's went WELL beyond that. The next morning before it was light and as lightning was flashing in the area, two men climbed up on my roof in the rain and the dark and REPLACED THE TURBINE. Then they quietly left. I have never experienced a contractor going above and beyond as CW's did. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your roofing needs

Work done at house I own but son and his family live in. Went very well once they started. Even completed the job on a Saturday. Would definitely hire them again for the home I live in. They did not exceed the estimate I was given. Impressed!!!

The project went fine. If it's possible, wait until rainy season is over. They got a bit behind because of the weather - not their fault. They could have done a little better job cleaning up. They left some debris, roofing material and several roofing nails in the grass which could have been easily stepped on by people or pets.

Excellent customer service and results. I called yesterday and appointment was set for today between 8:00 and 11:00. Chris showed up at 10:00, did the inspection and I had the report by 4:00 pm. Everyone was very professional and even gave me a courtesy call to tell me they had emailed me the report. This was the best customer service I have ever received.

What a great company! Not only were they the lowest bidder (metal roof and replace sofits) but they also removed 2 satellite dishes and solar panels on roof for half the costs that others were going to charge. Owner was there frequently to check progress and answer questions. Forman has been with company for 17 years and 5 man crew has been together for 11 years, and it showed. Crew was very polite and professional and did a great job cleaning up, even using a large magnet to look for nails. I highly recommend this company. Even e-mail' s sent were answered in minutes.

It was a long distance deal I was in West Virginia they were in Florida. They went over and did the estimate and sent me the information. I told them to go ahead, they did the work and billed us later. They did a good job. They got there when they said they were to and go the work done timely.

Requested minor repair to roof and a for cleaning if that service was provided. Was told that someone would be by the following day to look at the job and that an estimate would be prepared later that day. The following day the company called to say that no one would come by to look at the roof, that the description provided sounded like that I needed a new roof, and that if I was interested in re-roofing the house, to call them back. Obviously I will be looking for a different roofing contractor.

Problem was diagnosed and new skylight was installed and nail holes plugged. Punctual and stuck to quotes price.

I contacted the provider at 2:00 on Tuesday, 8/6/15, citing referrals from Angie's list and a management company, and asking for help with my leaking roof. I talked directly with Chris, who told me he was finishing a job, and would call (the tenant at my house) and drop by at the end of the day. I was impressed with his professionalism and intention to address it so promptly. I never heard back from him, but thought he might be dealing directly with my tenant. Late Thursday I discovered that wasn't the case. On Friday 8/7, at 11 am., I called and spoke with Lorraine. After researching it, she said that Chris had called my tenant, but didn't get him. (No message was left; no call back to me; and apparently no subsequent calls to my tenant). I checked in with my tenant Thursday, and discovered no contact at all! Giving the benefit of the doubt, I tried again on yesterday, Friday 8/7. Again, I gave them my tenants number AND my number, they said they'd take care of it that day, and I specifically asked for a call back. Today, i was contacted by my tenant, who says he STILL hasn't heard from them, and the leaky roof is now ruining the ceiling inside the house. I am very angry.

The service was indeed outstanding. The roofing worked out fine. It was a very good job. I got a brand new roof just before Charlie and I just called them to come out and take care of some minor damage that I had. They were very prompt in coming out and doing the minor damage repair. That job was done about 10 years ago and the other work they did was about 3 years ago. They took off a roof and replaced it with a rubber roof.

They came in and looked at the damaged area, emailed an estimate the next day and repaired the roof within 5 days. GREAT

He came out on a Friday to see the damage and prepare an estimate. We accepted the estimate that afternoon, and he was back early Monday morning to perform the work

We thought there was a roof leak, however, he showed us where the dry wall itself was coming off due to the way it was applied. He was very honest and forthright.

Chris came out to look at our tile roof. Some of the tiles had slipped down, and being from up north and not familiar with these roofs, I was concerned. Chris checked it out, went up on the roof and walked around it all for about 10 minutes to check the tiles. When he came down, he explained how the roof was initially constructed and that the slipping tiles, although not ideal, would not cause any leaks and not to worry about it for now. I asked him how much he wanted for his evaluation and he said not to worry about it, no charge. About 3 months later we had a leaking skylight and I called CW's to give me a price on replacing the skylight along with 3 other roofers. Although they weren't the lowest, they were about average. Being a small business, they will not always answer the phone and you have to leave a message but they will call you back during the day. They are dependable and show up when they say they'll show up and do great work. I gave them a B for price and responsiveness only because they were not the lowest (you get what you pay for after all but they were the average) and they will not always answer the phone when you call. All in all, I would highly recommend CW's and will use them again.

It went fine. It took a while for him to get to me since he was busy, but I wasn't in a hurry.

The initial communication and estimate went well. There were some communication & scheduling problems (mostly email related), but the work was fast & very good quality.

Joined Angies list. Emailed the company and within a few hours the receptionsit called to set up a date for an estimate. No need to be home. Est. was delivered to email with the proposal and had 30 days. Stopped at there office and signed paperwork to start work. Great communication at the office on when the city approved the work order. Office than called with date when they would start and they were done in a few days...with the inspections done inbetween phases. I would definaltely use them again and have told others how pleased we are at there professionalism and work!

We noticed a leak in the ceiling in the master shower and called for an estimate. When we called for an estimate, they were very prompt in responding. The estimate was thorough and detailed and the amount of time spent evaluating and explaining what needed to be done impressed us. He inspected both the primary area of concern another area we thought was an old leak with a roof stain and he explained that the second area was actually a worse leak than the one we were primarily worried about. He told us when to expect the estimate, when the work could be expected to be done, approximately how long it would take to finish, and everything we were told was accurate. They arrived on time (actually 10 minutes early), worked quickly, interacted professionally yet personably with us, and cleaned up after themselves. Even though they were delayed by a thunderstorm, they completed the job in the time predicted. He took time to show me the damage of the second area, even taking pictures to show my dad who was out of town). When he was finished, he did something no one else has ever done when performing repairs for us: he asked me to check for leaking when we had the next rain; he explained that while he was confident it was repaired, he wanted to know if any moisture was seen and, if so, he would return. WOW!! who asks the homeowner to check behind their work just to be sure the problem is completely fixed? I would definitely use their services again!

On Sunday June 24th noticed a major amount of water leaking through the ceiling in my lanai area. I put a hole through the ceiling to prevent all the drywall from being destroyed. On Monday I called Chris at CW roofing....he was at my house within several hours to look at the problem. He thought it was a fairly isolated leak and gave me an estimate (extremely reasonable). The major problem was that to get at the leak a solar pool heating panel would have to be removed. Because of severe winds the company to remove the panel couldn't get out till Thursday the 28th.After removing the panel at about 11:00 AM on the 28th I gave Chris a call. He was at my house by 2 in the afternoon. He repaired the leak and charged me less than the estimate.I am writing this on July 30th......afterr going through quite a few major rains here in Southwest Florida not a drop of water has come through.Hard to find a reliable and punctual contractor in SW Florida......probably will use CW Roofing when it come time to replace the entire roof.

Their voicemail box was full which is why I emailed them. They never responded to my phone call or email.

I called for an estimate and it took approximately 6 hours for my call to be returned. An appointment was made, and kept so that was fine. The representative's language was not at all professional, his demeanor was arrogant and condescending. The representative was out on a Monday and promised to follow up with a written estimate via email. i am writing this review on Thursday and to date I have not received the estimate.

The crew and ownder showed up on-time and started to work immediately.The entire job took only about an hour or so. They were able to use matchingshingles I had left over from an earlier reroof which saved some cost.CW has an excellent local reputation. I am Pleased and mpressed by the cost, service and work. I will definitely recommend CW and will use them again myself in the future.
