I called the office a week later, Jody said she would call me back. It is now a month & a half later & not even a courtesy call back. I have since found someone else, didn't need the aggravation..

Everything was removed as we requested, they used wheel barrows instead of driving in our yard which meant no ruts in yard or crushed sprinkler heads. They went the extra mile to ensure our place was taken care of during the removal and everything was left clean and beautiful.

+ 1 moreIt could not have gone better. (Another outfit I called based on the Angie's rating came late to see what we needed and then never sent, as promised, an estimate.) We were delighted and look forward to having Craig's back can . I have no criticism at all. They're everything you'd hope for and then some. Can't say that very often but Craig's Perfect Turf really is exceptional and I recommend them with no hesitation.
Description of Work: After 11 years, our yard had kind of gotten away from us so we needed lots of trimming, some removals, lots of weed killing, some suggestions, some planting of new materials, and rerocking many paths.......we kept four men busy for two days.

His crew came out and Matt and his team worked fast and creatively in finalizing the landscaping on a hot summer day. Craig may charge a little more, but I've learned in hiring others that you get what you pay for and if you want it done right, you may have to pay extra. Very reliable.
Description of Work: Refresh landscaping and added mulch. Trimmed small trees and cleaned up plants and trees.

+ 2 moreOverall experience was awesome. His office set up the appointment and Craig was right on time for the estimate. He showed up and went through a detailed step by step on what he would do and how he came up with the cost. He was relaxed, polite, and professional. We decided what we wanted to do, Craig scheduled his crew who showed up right on time and did the job great. They were also very nice and polite. We were so impressed, we had them do a couple other beds. We will use them in the future as well Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Dug out a small jungle in older flower beds. Removed mulch, grass and weeds. Took away all debris and old plants. Lined beds with commercial weed liner and finished with river rock. Replaced a couple plants.

+ 0 moreThis company is totally awesome!! Craig is not only the BEST but so is his sister Jody in the office!! I won't hestitate to call them again if we need something. They did everything they said they would and then some. All the workers were very kind, polite, and did the work on time.
Description of Work: provided all landscaping around our house put sod down where needed. Took out mulch around house and replaced with rock. Trimmed some of our palm trees. Had "curbing" put down all out in front and back of our house. It is totally beautiful!!!

This is a vacation home so we're not there very much and Craig has continued to monitor the plants and water to make sure everything thrives. He has updated me on the progress of the plants and lawn which I very much appreciate. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I had tenants waiting to move in, so Craig had his crew work all weekend to have the job finished ahead of schedule. The layout,design and selection of plants we fantastic. This was the best experience I have ever had with any landscape co.

+ -1 moreThe project went well-we did have a bit of miscommunication between Craig and his workers, but once Craig was alerted, all was fixed. The landscaping looks beautiful except for the brownish color edging. Not crazy about the color but I did agree to it so hopefully it will fade a bit (it's a dirty brown now). I think his prices may be higher than other landscapers, but we are happy with the project overall.
Description of Work: Removed all previous landscaping materials, some bushes and plants. Provided site survey for irrigation system, had it tested for proper working order. Set down landscaping material, stones, edging that followed the house in a wavy pattern. Added plants, trimmed trees, planted new palm tree.

+ -1 moreIt went very well and as expected. Minor issues were quickly remedied and we were impressed with their professionalism with one exception. The curbing contractor left quite a mess not just our yard, but also in one of our neighbor's yard. Craig cleaned all this up to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: Craig did a great job re-landscaping the beds around our home. He gave us a detailed estimate and good planting suggestions. We met him a nursery where he helped us choose plants, bushes and trees. He took out old bushes, put in our new plantings and arranged for new bed curbing and landscape lighting. We have recommended him to our neighbors who have also been very happy with his service.

+ -1 moreCraig came to our home and gave us a estimate and a design plan. Later we had Craig back to tweek the original plan, he then gave us price. The installation started the last week in Feb and was completed Mar. 8. Craig coordinated all work with the subcontractors, so everything was done in a timely and professional way. Craig returned to adjust irrigation timer settings and check plantings, he later returned to give us fertilization schedule. We are very happy with our new landscaping and will use Craig again.

He works well with you and takes his time and makes sure what you want. We went and visited a plant place together to pick up what I wanted and he is just really good to work with. He is very polite. The owner’s name is Craig Gabbard and he was the one whom I worked with.
