 + -1 morereinstalled new light...all other complaints they say are out of warranty....well I spent a lot of money and the collapsing bricks have been happening all along...they came out to fix before which means there is an existing problem....warranty does not come into play because its a preexisting problem...but they don't honor their work
Description of Work: light on pool fell out. But my big complaint is that my pool deck which is brick pavers is collapsing. It has been collapsing since the beginning of installation and they say its out of warranty. We never signed off on pavers because of this. There are a lot of problems with the pool. And they don't stand behind it. I paid a lot of money for a custom pool...and I expect to be satisfied and I am not. The surface had to be redone and the second one is horrible. Looks like amateurs did it. They said it was our fault...OK ..my pool cage is not attached to anything on one side you can shake it right off the pavers. I guess that's my fault and all the different cave ins in the brick are my fault....MY POOL IS 2 years old...not 5 not 10 but 2 in July 2....They don't stand behind their product. Do your research....

Description of Work: I'm a snowbird and my pool guy found the pump motor had self destructed. He recommended Casa Pools. They were out the next day, counseled me on options and pricing. The pump motor was replaced quickly and within the estimate. I will use Casa in the future.

 + -1 moreThey were actually really excellent, did some nice upgrades for us, and tried to stay competitive with some of the other companies in the area. They came out and at that time we had a really great weather and we had the pool done for Christmas, and anything we needed since then, it's been no big deal because all we have to do is call them and either they send somebody out or tell us what we can do over the phone. They are great and follow-ups are excellent. He wasn't the cheapest, he's "the middle of road guy".
Description of Work: We used Casa Pools for pool installation, cage, deck and other pool services. I still go to them for chemicals and stuff.

 + -1 moreNice people and built a beautiful pool. Pricing is pretty good a bit more than some but less than others so would say mid range. The pool is beautiful and is super and enclosure really nice and seems very sturdy well made. Lovely pool to look at and have included photos. Did have a problem with the pump 3 months later and they fixed it by putting a separate timer on the wall because this new pump was kicking off and do to power surges (it's Florida so lightening is often) and the pump was not kicking back on. The timer appeared to fix it although some dis-colorization in plaster but we believe getting better will know more in a few months and update. They did a beautiful job on the pool and with the Artistic pavers looks really good.
Description of Work: Built 10,000 gallon pool with enclosure.

 + -1 moreThey were pretty straight forward and their communication was very good. Their quality of the work seemed to be good. I compared them with several other pool companies and their pricing was good. Though they weren't the lowest bid that I used but their pricing was okay. I would use them in future.
