[Member Name Removed], I'm so sorry you were not completely satisfied with our service. It was my understanding, from your instructions, not to worry about certain furniture items since they were not going w you for the move. I would of gladly done everything, but you asked us not to. We did, and were happy to dust all your ceiling fans, light fixtures, wipe out cupboards, dust plantation blinds, wipe all windowsills, clean bathrooms, vacuum and mop throughout. These were the items that were in the quote, per your request. We even gladly cleaned the windows "just fingerprints" per your request. I wish you would of called me, I would of gladly come back to redo anything you were unhappy with. Again, my apologies you were not completely satisfied w our services. Shannon

It was fabulous. Carrying around 25# of plaster was wearing. Being able to have a lovely shower every couple of days was such a pleasure. Shannon's kindness and caring made the task go smoothly. She was totally flexible in accommodating my schedule. She was always prompt and never made me feel rushed. I would not have had her do anything differently and should I need personal care again Shannon would be the one person I would call.
Description of Work: Personal care services. During recent recovery from a broken arm I was unable to shower while wearing cast. Shannon assisted with dressing, undressing, showering, drying off, etc.
