Description of Work: Took 6 days to schedule an appointment so the tech could come out to see what the problem is I spite of my telling them that the power switch is broken. I offered to bring the front panel in but was advised that the warranty would be voided if I did that. So now I have to wait until the tech tells me what I already know and have told them. After that they will wait until they order a part and await delivery. Then they will schedule an appointment which will likely be another week.

+ -1 moreService rep, said microwave would probably be replaced, the wall insides couldn't be replaced. Staff would get back to us in a few days. We'll see.
Description of Work: checked out our microwave, took some pictures of the side of the microwave where the problem was. Came on time, let me know what steps were next, etc..
