It looks better than it did brand new. He has been in business for 30 years and is the market leader in Southwest Florida. I would highly recommend him. The service was wonderful.

Bob Ruh with Band R aluminum came out to give an estimate. We went over all of the things that I wanted done, remove existing old pool enclosure and repair rotten wood in the soffit and fascia. Build a new paito roof out of Elete brand insulated aluminum and a completely new, Bronz color, Mansard roof pool enclosure. Bobs original proposal was for $8,040 including all of the items and features that we wanted. Upon further examanition of the old soffit extensive rotten wood was discovered. Bob suggested and I agreed that bacause of the extensive rot I should hire a contractor to take care of this problem before we began the construction of the new pool enclosure since it would be attached to the fascia. Bob gave me a credit off of his original estimate -$400 he had budgeted for the new soffit and fascia which I felt was fair and I hired Armstorng Contractors to take care of the rotten wood and new soffit and fascia. This proved to be a good idea since there was quite a lot of rotten wood to be replaced. Armstorng Contractors did an excellent job on this repair then Band R Aluminum went to work. Bob did most of the work himself with an occasional helper for the bigger parts of the job, roof etc. He worked very efficiently and progress was swift. The original contract called for half payment to start which, for this job would be $3,820 which we paid and the balance on completion. He did later, during the week and a half course of the project ask for a couple of and quot;drawsand quot; on the amount remaining. $500 for some additional materials and another tiime $300 to pay a helper that worked with him. I had no problem with this since all of the mateirals and his tools were on site and he had made subtantial progress and the framework was up before these requrest.. The job was completed and for the original amount that he proposed. Very nice work and a very nice looking patio and pool enclosure. The several out of the ordinary things that I had asked for (some removable priviacy panels etc.) were also well done. Even the county building inspector who come out to do the final inspection commented on what neatly done job this was and passed it immediatly . Bob is truly skilled at building with aluminum. We are very pleased with our new pool/patio ebclosure and feel that Bob did a good job for a good price. We will have him back for any screen or aluminum work that we have in the future. He does garage sliders, pool cages and things like that. He did a good job and is very reasonable. I will use him again in the future. . If we had any concerns he addressed them right away. If we had any questions he was able to answer them. He was very professional and communicated well with us.
