+ -1 moreI noticed that the pump in connection with our RO was running for a long time. We called Acquaflow. We were familiar with this firm as they come out monthly to service our entire water system. Matt came out quickly and determined after examining the old pump that we needed a new one. He took the old unit to his shop on a Tuesday, and returned on Thursday with new pump ready to install. Everything is working fine. He cautioned us to be conservative on our water usage while the RO pump was being replaced as the system was not producing potable water.
Description of Work: Replaced the pump that performs reverse osmosis (RO) on our household water.

+ -1 moreHe checked the system, and changed the filters on my reverse osmosis drinking system. I called him that there was a salty taste and he got right back to me. He was able to correctly address the problem over the phone. Overall, they have very good service.
Description of Work: He did the 6 month maintenance on my system.
