Aqua Water Removal & Restoration

Description of Work: we ordered new cabinet doors for the kitchen and the two baths.They said 7 to 8 days for door removal and replacement.They were right on time.A couple of doors were manufactured wrong but replacement was prompt.I liked the personality of Steve and his son Cory.The price was half of one other quote that we obtained for the same work.Would definitely use them again

Description of Work: We received several estimates, and Steve was not the lowest bidder. However, he listened to us, and worked with us to produce the kitchen we wanted. He had ideas of what to do, and offered several options, but we always felt in control; that he worked for us. Most of the other bidders had a product to sell, and although they nodded and said they understood, when it came to designing the kitchen, what they put on paper was not what we wanted, and not what we said. I was impressed that Steve and his crew did the quality work we wanted, but it was not very much more costly than the others. The lowest bidder tried so hard to sell us a cheap cabinet and countertop, and could not guarantee when it would be done. Another bidder told me that he did not have what I wanted, but he still spent my time trying to sell me something I told him I didn't want! I was also impressed with the contract, as it seemed that Steve had everything in there that I needed ( including finishing date, not estimates) and everything that they needed. Of course they took the measurements and did the inital cabinet construction off site. When the crew arrived to install the cabinets, it was not just them. Steve was here on site to supervise and organize and work with them. Not just a salesman, not just a face, he stayed and did everything from initial contact to clean up. I had no problem contacting him by phone, and he called back ASAP whenever necessary. Speaking of cleaning, they were meticulous about the floor, the carpet, and the dust. They worked with my appliances, and custom built the cabinets and coutertops to fit, and everthing went perfectly. Just like you expect and never get.
