+ -1 moreWe have been using their services for about ten years. They are always there when I have needed them. They are reasonably prices and they don't try to push any unnecessary work. Overall, I have been very pleased and happy with their service.
Description of Work: They originally installed the air conditioning unit in our home. They currently maintain and repair the unit as needed.

+ -1 moreHoward is very professional and knowledgeable about the AC business. I had called another AC place yesterday, they came, hardly looked at the unit, said it couldn't be fixed (it's 9 yrs. old), and that I needed a new one, cost = $4,999.00. Practically crying, I called a personal business associate and he told me about Howard Moss @ Air Conditioning Experts. I called about AC Experts at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, he was at my house 7:30 Thursday morning, fixed the problem, and I had cold air by about 8:30 a.m.!! Awesome company to work with. (The office person was also friendly, most courteous and knowledgeable.)
Description of Work: He arrived EXACTLY on time! Within minutes of arriving, he found the leak in our AC unit, and repaired the leak and filled it with 10 lbs. of Freon, it had been completely empty.
