+ -1 moreHired Advance Cleaning Services and handyman- run by Allen epperley and Kim Rice- to look after our vacation homes- they seemed fine at first but when our home was empty for a week they moved themselves/friends and dog into our beatiful home and trashed it- next guests arrived to find a trashed house and dog mess everywhere- cost me thousands- liars cheats conmen / confidence tricksters AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs YOU have been warned
