+ -1 moreThe sales agent was nice however he really didn't sell the house or the features his company offers. When I asked about flooring he stated that they only put down carpet as a standard feature which is not what other companies offer and the master bathroom was outdated. To install laminate flooring and a tiled shower would cost an additional 8 thousand. Everyone else offers this standard. House is outdated and very boxy. I have literally seen this house built in the 90's
