I called 4 Seasons about 9:00AM and explained that our pool heater was not heating the water. The woman I spoke to checked the the work orders and in just a few minutes got back to me to schedule service for that afternoon between 3 and 5 PM. At about 2:45PM $ Seasons called and asked if the serviceman could come now. Mike the serviceman arrived shortly after 3PM. He was professional and friendly and worked with a sense of urgency. After doing some testing and, I assuming, relying on experience he diagoned the problem. A disconnected wire on the compressor. This was not an easy task because he had to dismantle hard to get at parts to get to the compressor. Mike is a positive representative and asset for the company. I am very pleased with their quick response and work. Another note; today i received a call from 4 Seasons asking how my experience was. This follow up is impressive and I find uncommon here in florida. I am so impressed that I am going to contract 4 Seasons for my air conditioning maintenance.

Chris showed up on time, performed first maintainence and answered questions to our satisfaction. He was patient and courteous. Have requested he be person we deal with in future.

They were quick, full of information, and gave me options with explanations. The technician not only fixed the capacitor, but also showed us how their maintenance plan was beneficial. For $50 extra, we got the part repaired, and just yesterday, they completed a maintenance check-up that was free under that maintenance plan. I also receive another free check-up in December.

They're good and reasonable and they stand behind their product. They are honest and really just top drawer!

They are fantastic. I really like them. I had learned about them from a builder of my old home. When I moved into my new home, they came to look at my air conditioner. They got it started and then replaced the system. They took care of the rebates for me as well. The old system had the processor against the ceiling of my garage. When they replaced it, they put it above my garage in my crawl space which gave me more room.

We have used them for the last four years. They are excellent.

I’ve had a contract with them for 5 years now. They are professional, very prompt, and very courteous. I’ve had them come out a couple of times and they were right there. I’m very pleased with their service. They are here within a very short time, schedule regular visits and they make my life convenient.

Anytime that we have had any issues, they are here immediately (no later than the next day). We have been with them for about twelve years and we highly recommend them, as we have had no issues.

Found 4 Seasons here on Angie's List. No coupon was advertised here but they are a local company so I decided to call them. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I asked if there was any discount for Angie's List members and she kindly informed me of a $20 off coupon on their website. I was expecting "maybe" a 5% discount, what kind of company lets you know about a better discount? I had an 8-10am appointment for the day after I called in. The technician arrived at 8am, polite and professional. No problems at all. I would definitely use them again.

They come in twice a year to clean my air conditioner. They take care of my air conditioner and if I have any problems they take care of that too. They are a good company. They are honest when they come to fix something. They don't try to sell me something I don't need.

They are very good. The air conditioner that they put in is working fine. The price wasn’t cheap, but it wasn’t a cheap air conditioner. They gave us a good deal on the machine. It was expensive, but not terribly expensive for what I got. They cleaned up nicely. They filled all their mistakes and sealed the unit very nicely. They had to come back because there was an odor from the caulking which eventually went away. They had to come back again one other time for fixing a leak. They are an excellent response group. They were good. We got a warranty for ten years which covered the labor and the parts. Their price was in line with what other people wanted, but they didn’t offer the sustained care. The quality of their work was good. They were very responsive. Their punctuality was good and they kept their appointments. Their professionalism was very good too. The guy who came out gave us straight answers and there was no bias. So we were pleased. I would go with them again.

ac not working. asked for estimate. came out promptly. estimate seemed high. asked to send estimate via e-mail.communication issues--had wrong e-mail (note this company did other work for us and had a file on us and could check for contact information). took a couple of days to find service person and ask what is going on. pushed toward replacing whole unit. said it could be repaired if parts available but....so we went to other another source (friends at Burnt Store Marina) for a referral. Not sure if on angies list but went with reccommendation of the source. This company found parts gave an estimate, we agreed on terms(gave us a payment plan at no extra charge) all in 24 hours. FYI company was Sandoval's Total Comfort Heating and AC out of Port Charlotee or P**** Gorda Florida. The End

They were timely and pleasant. They were very informative and delivered their estimate in a timely fashion. I did not end up using them because I did not end up needing a new air conditioner.

Went very well. Service person checked all systems and made recommendations on things that would improve performance. No pressure to spend extra $. Performed the work quickly and without any problems. Other neighbors also recommended the same company as doing quality work.

The price is per year. The air duct installation was $2,000.00. Our ducts were covered in mold. They do excellent work. They are reliable and honest. They are licensed, bonded and insured. They are a good company!
