Description of Work: My AC Went Out On The Previous Friday. The Diagnostic Took Place On Friday Night. Problem Is, I Had To Wait Until Monday Afternoon To Get The Thing Fixed Which One Hot Weekend. Apparently They Do Loan Out Portable Units, But This Was Not Offered to Me Even Though I Have A Service Contract With Them.

Description of Work: They performed an annual checkup on my AC unit. It went very well.

Description of Work: Nathan came out and thoroughly inspected and even cleaned the inside of my blower unit wiring. He also inspected the a/c unit outside. There was no charge for this service and I would absolutely use 4 Seasons again, should I need to replace or service my unit. Nathan was very informative and professional.I appreciated his sharing of his knowledge, regarding a/c maintenance, as well as dryer maintenance. Thank you!

Description of Work: My a/c system failed on a Sunday evening. I phoned first thing Monday morning and a technician arrived around 9:30 AM and had the unit back running in about 15 minutes. Terrific service! My disappointment was with the price. It turns out that they charge based on a flat rate manual so they billed $111 for a $20 part and 15 minutes of labor (on top of the service call charge). I expect to pay a premium to have the problem solved quickly but felt that this was a bit much.

Description of Work: Inspected air handler, condenser, electrical, etc for central air/heating equipment. We have an annual contract for the service, which costs $140.00. As usual - all went well. Checked pressure setting, air filters, thermostat, the electric connections inside and outside. s usual, the service turned out very well.
