The job was a simple water heater replacement requested by homeowners insurance. Within 12 hours of the installation, there was an issue. I sent a photo of the problem and PV plumbing suggested I prop up the brand new pipe â temporarily.â Though they said they would come back, it has now been over three weeks later, PV plumbing has not come back to fix the issue. Due to the weakness created by PV plumbing, I am my pipes are at far greater risk of a serious leak than before this started. Do not hire.

Awesome Work

Owner/operator who answers his own phone. I made three calls, one to get an estimate, the second to get a time frame and the third to confirm the appointment. He answered each time. He installed the unit the next morning as promised. He and his son were respectful and professional. They did an excellent job including the removal and clean up. I find it rare these days to have the owner be so hands on,but that is the very reason the service is so good . It is his business and he has a vested interest in customer satisfaction.
