+ -1 moreThe inspection went very smoothly. It was obvious that Joe had a an agenda he follows so that the home inspection goes from one room to the next in a smooth and fashion. We were particularly impressed with the booklet provided and the report. It was extremely detail orientated and that's what we like.
Description of Work: Joe Farrell, certified home inspector with Pillar to Post in Ponte Vedra, Fl. provided us with an in depth home inspection on a condo we are purchasing in Palm Coast, Fl. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was the most professional home inspector I have ever used. He included my husband and me in the process so we felt we were a lot more knowledgeable about the property we were buying after his service then before he arrived. Home Inspection is an important part of the home buying experience and you should take advantage of the best there is. In my opinion, that would be Joe Farrell of Pillar to Post. I highly recommend him to both family and friends.
