Chuck and Alex did a very though fantastic job . They were both very friendly and very professional and cleaned up their mess , turned the lights off and closed my garage door before leaving. They explained everything to me that they did and asked if I had any questions. Explained that on my email I would receive my receipt for paying for my service agreement and a copy of my Home Health report They were both excellent service technicians

Besides trying to gouge me $13,500, for replacing ducting work on a mobile home I purchased for my brother, they took my $199 fee (that they never told me about prior), then refused to return my calls and give me a new quote after they told they couldn't do the ducting through the walls. Which by the way I never asked them todo that,Anthony told me I needed that. I asked them to give me a quote just for underneath and after 5 days of them telling meSarah would get back tome...NOTHING!!!! I needed this done badly. Completely unprofessional in every sense. Never use these people.

I had this company install a new hot water heater and then called them back to install a new bladder tank to a bill of $$ 3,000 $$. One year later the exact issue (water pressure and NOW... complete shut off) I supposedly had them fix is now WORSE than before they replaced a bunch of things that apparently did not NEED TO BE REPLACED!! It was simply a blocked water line from my pumps pressure valve. SO after calling them back out a few days ago and describing the issue(s) the "tech" was scheduled out on a Wednesday. I got his picture text to me, my wife got a call announcing he was in route,, we kept someone home to meet him, we get home from work and HE NEVER SHOWED!! THEN.....we call again the next day and he again is sent out with a trainee. I was told i would be billed 69.00 for the service call but that 69.00 would be deducted from any needed repairs. He was at my home for just over an hour. What he actually did other than turn on and off the water in the sink... we have no idea. He did cut the line between the pump and pressure gauge and left it laying on the ground. This BTW... now LEAKS!! He then told my wife it would 150.00, effectively twice what i was told. When i learned of this THAT NIGHT after coming home from work, I called immediately well before 6pm. I was advised that NO manager could be reached but was reassured several times someone would follow up the next AM. This NEVER HAPPENED! If i could i would rate this company in the negatives. In todays world, with expenses what they are, paying these kind of rates, customer services is a must. In the end I called to simply to get an INVOCIE as I NEVER got one. I over heard in the back ground a co worker call my wife and I "a bunch of A__ Holes... not once but TWICE!! The card got charged for certain but an actual itemized work invoice... still NONE! Stay FAR away! Far too many plumbing service companies out there. Certainly for that this clown show of a company charges!!! This is by far the WORST consumer experience i have experienced in my 55 years!

They're great company. Arrived on time when they said they're going to. All job was completed as I wanted it to be.

We first called Griffin to inspect the work our builder did, before we moved into the house. The owner came out and pointed out a couple of issues regarding placement of vents and where the compressor was installed. The builder made the changes that Griffin deemed as necessary for a more efficient system. After we moved in, we had an issue with blow back from the system that the builder installed. Tom, the owner, had a team of 5 people here trying to determine what the cause of the "blow back" was. Tom and his team worked quite diligently for hours, more so than the builder, to come up with some answers. Eventually, it was Griffin who figured out the problem. They now do our regular maintenance. Whenever there has been a problem, we have had someone at our house in a matter of hours. One evening we called because we had no AC and someone showed up at 9pm, after multiple other calls he made that evening. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues or services that you might need.

The ductless unit install on the wall in my garage went flawlessly and is working great. The evaporator unit, condenser unit, and refrigerant tubing installs are very neat and clean. It not only keeps the garage comfortable in the hot Florida summers, the heat pump function takes the chill off during the cold months. Very pleased with our purchase!

Working in customer service, I fully understand the importance of "first impressions." As I was shopping around for a repair service to fix my heat pump, I became very frustrated and angry at the responses I was receiving. I felt like I was only a $ and annoying everyone. However, when I called Griffin Services, everything turned around. A young man by the name of Kyle answered the phone, and immediately everything started "going right." Not only was Kyle pleasant, courteous and polite, he was totally professional, informative and helpful. He listened patiently while I explained my situation, and then offered numerous solutions, letting me choose my best course. His knowledge was extensive, and his reassurance was refreshing. He totally "sold" me on his company's ability to help me! However, Kyle's expertise did not stop there. Throughout the whole process - from the first phone call to the completion of the job, Kyle kept in touch with me - making sure that everything was going as it should and that I was ok and satisfied. My service tech, Joe, arrived at my home at precisely the time appointed. He was extremely pleasant and polite. He listened patiently as I explained the situation and then explained to me exactly what he was going to do, step by step. Even while he was working, Joe was very careful to keep me fully informed of what he was doing and why. If I had a question, he would patiently stop what he was doing and explain everything to me again so that I understood. Joe was always totally professional, courteous and completely focused on what needed to be done. His honesty and professionalism was refreshing and nourishing. His knowledge and his ability to apply his knowledge were astounding. To watch him work was truly a pleasure, and totally reassuring. All in all, my experience with Griffin Services, and particularly Joe, was awesome, and I would highly recommend this company for all services available.

Griffin Service is probably the best company in the world. I spoke to a gentleman named Kyle on the phone and he could not have been more helpful. Not only did he replace my air conditioning system, but they were also able to replace both of my hot water heaters and correct my duct work issues I had which were preventing proper air flow into both of my kids rooms. Just in time for the cold weather too! Very impressed, very grateful! His assistant Shane was very impressive too. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
