Called Griffin Service from a recommendation a friend gave me, asked for Kyle and received the kind of service I have always wanted. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his seemingly constant honesty. He could have tried to sell me a million things but he kept things simple and built me the perfect system for my home. My family is very grateful for Kyle and Griffin Services. We appreciate you all!

I always receive great service from Griffin. We have a maintenance plan with Griffin so they came out for a routine check and we discovered some issues that if left unaddressed could have left us getting a new system. Thanks to the check-up we were able to address these and now our system runs much quieter! (I didn't even know it was an issue!) Thank you so much!

Joe, was on time and very professional. He thoroughly went through what he was checking for as well as informed myself on some preventative things I can do as well.

Needed to make sure my heat pump was ready for the winter season. It was not ready. Kyle came out and did a great job. Will call Griffin next time I need anything.

Griffin Service is top notch. I have been with the same AC company for over 30 years. After my neighbor recommended Griffin to give me for a second quote to get a new system I will be switching to them for all of my services. Kyle was honest with me straight from the start, there was no pressure to buy anything and I honestly felt like he just wanted to help me. At the end of the day any business relationship is about trust and I felt that immediately with Griffin Service and their rep Kyle. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know.

A few weeks ago I bought this home knowing I would need a total revamp for my heating and cooling system. Believe me when I say that I shopped around and had at least 5 companies to my home to do my research and find the right company. Griffin Service was the last company I contacted due to their Angies List reviews and I knew the moment I met their consultant Kylan it was the right company for me. His genuine desire to listen to my goals caught my attention immediately. Most companies did not even look me in the eye, walked straight over to my equipment and started talking prices. Kylan actually asked me to sit down and discuss this project with me. We talked for at least 15 minutes and not once did he try to "sell me" anything. We discussed my zoning and dehumidification goals, my allergies and even ways to save money. But what I loved most was when he encouraged me to do my own research and pick the company I felt like would help my family the most. He did not try to pressure me into buying anything, he just informed me of my options and helped design the perfect plan which made it easy to say yes. I will say of the 5 companies who came out, Griffin Service was not the cheapest, although it was close in the end. But who wants the cheapest anything for their home and families health? Thank you Griffin and thank you Kylan. Keep up the great work!

I have always had a hard time finding a AC company I can trust, but that problem has now been solved. Griffin Service will be easy to recommend to my friends and family because of their service and most specifically the work done by Kyle. He spent more time in my attic searching for problem areas I had spoke of than all the other companies combined. The results were immediate and my family can sleep well at night in absolute comfort. I am very thankful and I appreciate his hard work. Thank you so much!

My upstairs system started having problems so I called Griffin, whom I have not used before, but came highly recommended. And they did not disappoint, they were at my house for almost two hours thoroughly identifying the problem and discussing my wants/needs as a home owner. The attention to detail really caught me eye, Griffin Service really understands what customer service means. Kyle even helped me put some boxes in the attic that have been too heavy for me to lift. I did not even ask, he offered and I was genuinely taken back by his level of service. It was truly a special experience.

I selected Griffin Service because of the positive reviews on Angie’s list and I’m glad I did ,when the technician arrived ,Joe Schiraldi ,listened to my concerns about my heat pump he checked out the system he gave me the good news that my unit was functioning as it should but because of its age and coolant type if it breaks down after 2020 they will not be able to service it as it is time for a new unit to comply with EPA regulation. Joe was very courteous and informative about my options when the time comes to upgrade,and I will definitely call again for future service.

Griffin Service is my new go to ac company! Kyle was amazing, he really took the time to help me understand the process of replacing my air conditioner. No one wants to buy a new ac but it has to be done and Griffin made the process feel easy. I honestly felt like Kyle was a friend trying to help me make the best decision possible for my family, he did not try to "sell" me anything. He listened to my concerns, my needs and built a system to fit. Would definitely recommend, ask for Kyle!!!

Joe came out today to perform a regular AC System maintenance. He noticed that my blower fan was really dirty and gunked up, making the whole inside unit vibrate. He suggested a more thorough cleaning. He disassembled and cleaned the fan assembly and the entire inside of the air handler. I didn't notice how loud it had been running until Joe cranked it back up, now you can barely hear it run. Thanks! I switched to Griffin a year or so ago and they've provided nothing but great service since then.

Went very well - quickly and with purpose. Very professional, followed up to make sure we were happy and that all was working well after the service. We plan to have Griffin Service back to add insulation into our attic/roof too.

First class service from a first class company, the owner is really involved and it shows in how much his employees care by putting my needs first. Griffin Service is a top-notch company. I was well pleased with the entire experience from estimation to installation. I was given several different options/quotes to replace my HVAC system to choose from. They offer competitive pricing on quality products. Their staff is well educated and skilled. The install is very “clean” and it only took them a day to replace the entire system. They also kept me updated through the entire process, answered any questions I had and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. Terrific. Did what they said, when they said, at the price they said AND we have a lifetime warranty

We ran into some complications and had to follow up with Griffin Services several times in order for them to come out and finish the repairs. The work was eventually completed 10 days after initial installation to our satisfaction and the units work very well. My overall grading was a result of delayed response time. Pricing was competitive and the technicians were professional and polite. We have an annual contract for maintenance and I look forward to working with them.
