Crystal always goes above and beyond. She helped us for several months on our search for our dream home in Nocatee, and continues to be a trusted resource and friend even after our purchase. Her husband even helped us change our garage code while I was out of town. Again, after the purchase! She was always ahead…sending me listings before I even knew they were available and seeing homes for me when I couldn’t be there. She’s not afraid to speak her mind if she does or doesn’t like something and I appreciate her honesty and loyalty. Highly recommend her for whatever your real estate needs may be.

If you are looking for a realtor that specializes in Nocatee, Crystal is the best at what she does. She helped us buy and sell in Nocatee earlier this year. She got us top dollar for our house (seriously), negotiated great terms for us… all while being extremely professional and keeping us at ease throughout the entire stressful process. We never felt pressured and always felt she had our best interest in mind. All throughout the steps of selling (discussing offers, the home inspection , and closing) Crystal was always very responsive to any questions we had and was extremely knowledgeable of the process . We received multiple offers on our house the day it went on the market and were able to close quickly in three weeks. We were unable to be at the closing due to moving out of town and felt completely comfortable and confident having Crystal handle on our behalf.
