Demanded to be paid for removal and hauling in advance. Then did not take the debris even though he was paid for it. Blocked my phone number when I kept asking about it. Avoid at all cost.

I needed to have 2 trees trimmed asap because House was being power washed and painted. Charlie called right away after I put in request and was here the same day with an estimate and was able to complete job for me despite the very short notice. He listened to request and then offered professional advice to make it look even better. Price was fair and his employees are professional and polite. Charlie definitely cares and takes pride in his work. We would hire again for any tree needs.

Charles Stanley damaged my screen porch and broke a birdbath while trimming my trees. I sent him a copy of the invoice for the damage. I have five texts saying that he would make reimbursement for his damage to the screening. He has not as of 3/26/18. His last text to me said in part ...."ALWAYS KEEP YOUR MOUTH CLOSED UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED..." After I asked him to cut the branches a bit shorter, he became angry and cut two large limbs without trimming them first, which caused them to ricochet off my fence. He was very passive aggressive in his verbiage and behavior and in his lack of responsibility in paying for his damages.
