They are very reliable. They are honest and they exceeded our expectations. They made a bad situation into an excelllent outcome. They were amazing. I would highly recommend them. We were almost sad to see them leave!

Owner and Supervisor came and measured out the 3 bedrooms. Later met me at a flooring store to help me pick out the materials that I would need and the amounts needed. He guided me through what he thought about quality and longevity of different styles and materials. This also helped eliminate waste and excess cost as I was purchasing the materials out of my pocket, and was not included in the install fee. They were able to install the engineered hardwood, base boards and 1/4 round in about 1 1/2 days of work Quick, Friendly and efficient. No wasted time or materials. Easy to talk to and ask questions. I wanted to familiarize myself with the process and they were more then willing to share information and discuss and quot;how to'sand quot;

From beginning to end, all services performed professionally and as-described during initial consultation. I am in professional services, so I am typically very critical of most services that I pay for. I went through several phone and quot;interviewsand quot; of potential flooring contractors, and I was immediately taken by Taylor's professionalism and willingness to help steer me in the right direction, regardless of whether I selected him. This thoughtfulness and continous communcation with me extended well into the project. The end-products look fantastic. Bottom line - he gave me a price, he stuck to the price, and in return, he and his crew gave me beautiful floors!!! I look forward to using Bold City Flooring again!!!

I needed new wood floors. Taylor Williams met me at the store to explore options in term of prices, quality and types of wood florrs available. I settled for engineered wood floors. He was very prompt and fair in terms of prices for installation. He and his crew were punctual and organized. Service was provided with a smile, professionalism and in a timely fashion. Impeccable work. My house now looks like new! They finished the job and left everything super clean too. They moved the furniture around, and put it back where it belonged. He also called a few days later to make sure that everything was up to my satisfaction (which it was and it is). The backsplash in the kitchen makes me feel like I am a professional chef now!
