Despite assurances was dropped in middle of road. This has been ongoing for years.
Description of Work: trash bin replaced in driveway.

After we mailed the payment we put our trash can out as usual. The bill they submitted was incorrect as it was UNDER what we really owed and we made up the difference. The container was removed with no notice or subsequent explanation. It is now 3 days later. We have had no communication nor response to an email sent the night after the container whet missing. As we paid a deposit originally to have use of the container, I also demanded to have that returned. This is absurd as I just get the other company to pick up my stuff. The service is adequate if late in the day but the front office is a circus.
Description of Work: home garbage collection service which then failed to send out bills and failed to contact us until we paid the back due amount and the next three months and THEN removed the container without notice. We have been patrons for 16 years. Impossible to talk to a human.
