From needs analysis, landscape design to implementation of hardscape and plantings, Taylor Anthony 365 were pros all the way. The result is so beautiful. Beyond my expectations. We'll give them the maintenance contract as well.

I was really surprised to see the only other review to be so negative. Taylor Anthony was recommended to me by several people, and I was very satisfied with the work. Ross and Austin were great to deal with and they let me install in phases to spread the cost over several months.

I contracted with and paid Taylor Anthony $6,000 to landscaped front and side yard. Within one week one of the ligustrum trees began dying. I contacted them and they immediately blamed it on me although all other plants, same water and sun exposure, were fine. I agreed to wait and see what happened. Within a month, the tree was dead. I consulted a tree specialist who said the tree was most likely a weak specimen unable to withstand the shock of planting. I asked Taylor Anthony to refund the $345 (cost of tree) to replace it. Ross Wheatley (owner) refused again blaming me and the soil. All other plants in the same area are thriving. This is a company that advertises their commitment to customer satisfaction but does not stand behind their work or their word.
