Description of Work: The technician was late but several workers were sick and they were running behind cause one tech. was completing all the appointments.

Description of Work: I called the provider to schedule a roof cleaning in accordance with the terms of the certificate. We agreed on June 14, 2013 at 9:00 AM. My wife and I arranged to be home that morning to at least get the provider started. By 11:30 AM, he had not arrived, so we called the provider but had to leave a message to call us. Finally, at 12:30 PM, after hearing nothing from the provider, we gave up and left the house. We later learned that the provider finally showed up at the gate to our community after 1:00 PM, but since we had already left, he was not admitted to the community. Approximately 5 days later, the provider finally called us back and ASKED US if he had cleaned our roof. We, puzzled at his question, responded that he had not. We agreed to reschedule for June 27, at the same hour. On that date, we stayed at the house all day and the provider never showed up at all, and never called to cancel or change the appointment. Again, we called him. When he called back a day or two later, he apologized once again and we decided to give him one more chance and scheduled the cleaning for July 2, same time. Again, we remained at the house all day, and he neither showed up or called. As I write this on July 5, we have not heard from him by phone either.

Description of Work: Charles was great! He pressure washed our home, patios and driveway, and even a portion of the sidewalk out front. I would recommend him.

Description of Work: These guys are great! My wife and I just bought a home that needed some attention and they were there same day! Great price and an incredible job!! The paver driveway looks brand new and the house looks freshly painted.

Description of Work: First of all....These guys are GREAT! Cleaned my roof...looks new...Pressure washed the outside of house...The house looks freshly painted and it has been at least 10 years since it was painted...Windows are clean and there are NO spider webs etc..Pressured washed sidewalk etc....SAFE TOUCH IS AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY!!!
