The whole transaction was extremely smooth, coming back to us after the purchase to schedule a time worked great and the guys showed up right on time as agreed. We are very pleased with the result, the house looks almost brand new. Will definitely use again and certainly recommend to anyone in need to this type of service

I am not sure about it and could not tell one way or the other. I mean, obviously, dirt got washed off and things got taken care of. They did it when I wasn't here and it was okay. My homeowner's association wasn't complaining about it afterwards so I guess they did the job. it wasn't dirty to being with, but my association required it. It was sufficiently clean so it was not a big deal one way or the other. It wasn't bad, it was sufficient. Their responsiveness was good. They kept contacting me back and forth and tried to get in here as quickly as possible. Apart from a short conversation with them about getting the job done there was not much communication with them.

The crew was very personable and polite. He was dressed very professionally.

It was excellent. We called yesterday, got a fair estimate, set an appointment for today, and his crew showed up today (about 20 minutes after his estimated time of arrival). They worked efficiently, spraying a cleaning solution, followed by a low pressure wash. Low pressure was important, as our house is coquina stucco with exposed coquina shells. Screened patio was a mess, but they made it look new again. They finished in about 2 1/2 hours. The house and drive look fantastic! No shells blown off the stucco. No "surprises", the quoted price was the final price. Highly recommend this company.

Very prompt, quick and excellent service!

Scheduled for an "all day" job. Pressure wash roof, house, driveway, pool deck and screen enclosure. When they didn't show up in the morning, I waited until 1030 and then called them. They said "Oh, did I not call you this morning?" They then had several reasons why they were delayed. I took the day off to stay home and get this done. Very disappointed in the lack of punctuality and professionalism.

Charles and the Safe Touch team were very responsive from the start, sending an email response to my scheduling requests submitted through Angie's List. We settled on a date, and then Charles called back a couple of days later to let me know they could fit me in much earlier, which was great. They called the day of our appointment to confirm the approximate arrival time so we could coordinate our personal schedules. The Safe Touch team arrived and got right to work, prepping the surfaces, moving a few potted plants and small items to protect them from the pressure spraying. They bring everything they need, and have the commercial tools that help get the job done quickly and effectively. The giant rotating scrubber cleans the driveway and walkways in minutes, which has taken me a few hours when trying to do it myself with a 'regular' pressure washer. The stone patio looked terrible, and was clean in minutes. I had asked Charles about sealing the stone patio to prevent algae from returning as it had done the year before after I pressure washed it myself. He said had a sealant on hand that should keep the patio protected for up to three years, so we negotiated a reasonable price, and I have to say it was money well spent. Hopefully I can say the same 1-2 years from now, but I watched them put on a good coating and it looks great. This is the second year we've called them, and we've been pleased both times. In fact, the driveway barely needed cleaning, except along the sides and under bushes/trees because Charles had treated it with a light sealer the year before. If you're looking for a professional pressure washing team that really does a great job, both in quality, efficiency/speed, and reasonably priced, please call Charles and the Safe Touch team. They will exceed your expectations. Note: the price I quoted in this review included applying the patio stone sealant, which was additional to the $359 Angie's List offer. Knowing the price of the sealant, the extra $200 was worth it.

Charles was very informative. Was supposed to come out later the day that he quoted us but got delayed due to other job. He did call and updated us and came as promised the next day. Actually, two of his workers came. Charles came later just to make sure everything was ok. They did a great job on cleaning my driverway. It is now very clean except for two old pot stains near the front door. They tried their best to clean but those spots were just too stubborn! The previous owner probably placed two big pots on the front door and the fertilizer in the pots leaked out and caused the stain.Gutter is clean and they cleaned up after their work. Overall, satisfied with their work and will use again.

The gutters were quite full of leaves and tree debris. They hosed down the roof, cleaned the gutters both with water pressure and by hand, and then applied the cleaning solution to the roof and the gutters. Even the flashing was cleaned along the edge of the roof. They rinsed everything, including any chemicals that might have fallen onto any shrubs. They also sprayed off any leaves that landed on my patio area. When they were done, they cleaned up everything. The roof is now restored to it original luster and looks great. I will have them back again when I am due for another cleaning.

Two well groomed professional men arrived on time, introduced themselves and worked really hard taking time to pay attention to the little details. I was so impressed that I "tipped" them both.

He was unable to keep scheduled appointment, but was able to reschedule at a time that was convenient. In order to make up for the cancelled appointment, he pressure washed the interior of our screened in porch at no extra charge. His staff was very friendly and professional. They did a great job.

Before scheduling, Charles and I spoke a couple times about the scope of the job. He asked the square footage of the house and then, how big is the driveway? I told the approximate square footage and that you can park 4 cars on the driveway. Did he want to come out and look over the job? No, that wouldn't be necessary and then we set the date. The crew arrived on schedule (1/6/15) and went to work although it was cold and raining on and off. I do not believe Charles Worthley visited my house the day of the job (I was home all day). But he called about halfway through to say the job was bigger than anticipated and would have to raise his price from $400 to $450. Over the next couple of days when things had dried out, you could see on one of the sidewalks and the driveway where it had not been thoroughly cleaned. It was as though the washer had been moved too fast over the areas, leaving some grime, etc. behind. I called Charles and he came out to take a look. He knew right away what the problem was -- according to him there is a procedure that his men don't always adhere to and he would have someone come back to correct the problem. We got a phone call to schedule the second visit; the guy showed up; and when things dried out the problem had not been corrected. I called Charles (approx 1/14) to complain. I also told him the very expensive Gutter Caps on my rain gutters were damaged from their hoses and ladders. (I am in the process now of having Gutter Caps come out to tell what, if anything can be done to correct the damage.) Charles said they would be back out (and he would come with them) early in the week of 1/18. No show. I called Charles on Friday, 1/22, "Have you forgotten about me?" He assured me they would be here the following week of 1/25, and make it right. And, to "sweeten the pot", he would come back in six months to pressure wash the driveway for free. It is now 1/30, i.e., the week of 1/25 has come and gone with not a word from Charles Worthley. Things started out well enough, but the quality and responsiveness (and cost changes) went down hill. The roof looks good, but I sustained gutter damage. The drive & walks are improved, but not complete -- even after a return visit and a subsequent promised third visit that never happened.

Once the service was finally scheduled things went ok. I think the provider was over extended on his offer and ended up subcontracting our job out. The subcontractors were pleasant and professional. They did a good job overall.

Overall, they did a good job. I felt that they could have been a bit more professional in appearance. Two young men showed up at my front door with nothing but shorts on. Now, some women might have like this :-) but I thought it was somewhat unprofessional.

This is the second time Charles Worthley with Safe Touch Pressure Washing has performed pressure washing and cleaning of my residence. His crew was very professional and results were fantastic.....could not be more pleased. I had health issues that came up and Charles was very responsive to working around my issues and had no problems pushing back my project after I purchased it until I was a better place to get this work done. He ensured that all work was done to my satisfaction and absolultely could not be more pleased with the work I received from Safe Touch Pressure Washing and the deal I got through Angie's List. Highly recommend them and will certainly use them again!!!

Pavers and driveway look brand new.. flawless.. I cant believe what a great job they did.. I would definitely refer them to anyone needing this service.. they were prompt, courteous and did an incredible job.

Charles is a complete professional and understands the meaning of doing things right with great customer service. He was prompt at returning my calls and took extra care with pressure washing my house. A great example of how he went above and beyond was by getting a tarp to cover up some chairs and a table on my back porch to keep them from getting wet. He also went ahead and pressure washed 3 wooden decks, not in the scope of work, to show me how they can look if pressure washed. I highly recommend using Safe Touch Pressure Washing and Roof cleaning and we will use them again next year.
