Safe Touch Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

The house looks great and they were able to get some stains off the home the first time that I wasn't able to accomplish after several tries myself. I would hire them again.

Provider did a very thorough job. The house was much cleaner than with another provider used in previous years. I only wish they cleaned windows, as the outside windows were left very streaked from their cleaning solution. IF they do clean windows, I was not aware of this service. If they don't, they should consider adding this service so that homeowners don't have to contract with a separate vendor to have windows cleaned after house cleaning. I would then use this vendor for the entire house and window cleaning.

The technicians were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time, accessed the situation and immediately started working. I was truly impressed with the outcome. I definitely would use them again and recommend their services to anyone looking to having their house pressured washed.

Crew of two arrived. They quickly and completely cleaned our driveway and walkways.

Scheduled appointment and confirmed the appointment the day prior to start at 10 am. Did not show up for the appointment and did not call. We called him at noon and he committed to do the job the next morning. His team showed up unannounced at 3 pm, did not come to the door just pulled up and started unloading and walking around the yard. We asked them to leave and cancelled the work.

It went great! The two young men who came over were very polite and knowledgeable and guaranteed their work, I would highly recommend. I will be using them again!

They actually arrived early before I came home. They missed an area, but when I called to let them know, he sent them back and they did some extra to make up for it. Definitely would hire them again.

A 2 man team arrived promptly at appointment time and went right to work. One man cleaned the roof and gutters while the second set up the equipment needed to pressure wash the house. After the roof was finished the leaves that fell were cleaned off the surfaces they fell on. Then the house, the walkways, porches, and driveway were cleaned. They did a very good job on all areas which were extra dirty because of the recent hurricane. Everything looked brand new. They were also very careful to protect my grass and vegetation around the house. They sprayed water over all vegetation to make sure no chemicals remained on it. It has been about a week since the job was none and there were no missed areas and no vegetation has browned or died. I'm very happy with the Safe Touch service and will use them again next year.

Straight from their arrival it started bad. My wife met with the crew without the owner. The crew demanded payment upfront. One of the crew stated or double at the end. I got on the phone with Charles and it seemed everything was rectified. The crew was done approximately in about two hours. I am working in the state of Washington so it was hard to get an assessment of their work. I did notice white sediment on the pavers and was curious as to its source. As I communicated with Charles four to five words, he exploded into a barrage of words. It took three to four attempts to bring my question. Even though he was apologetic afterwards the image of a professional relationship was dissolved. The following day it was noticed that there was a lot of debree in the pool. Front curb was not done. Some stains in walls. This was a rush job. No final QA supervision. For the hassle inflicted, I will never use them again.

Communication wasn't the best and hurricane Matthew blew through but we finally got it together. They came earlier than the appointment time and missed part of the deck, however; they came back and not only finished the part they missed, they cleaned the bottom panels of our lanai and our paving stones. They did a really good job, and we are very pleased with their work.

Excellent job. They did quality work. House looks as if it was just repainted. Driveway looks new. Excellent customer service. One of their pieces of equipment encountered a mechanical failure, resulting in a delay and their having to make an additional 60+ mile round trip. The owner offered a discount because of the delay. I have used the company in the past and would use them again.

Everything looks great! Definitely worth paying someone to do all of the work
