Safe Touch Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

This company is amazing. This is the second time we have used them. Can you imagine a company that is on time, communicates, and is friendly. Well this is it. Great quality work(still has same guys from last year) with attention to detail. Respectful and careful with you property. I would suggest anyone use this company and only this one for your pressure washing needs. They had an opening last minute and got me in today ahead of schedule. Very polite and efficient.

In all fairness to this service provider, I must say that I did have a particularly challenging situation in my screened enclosure. This area had been covered with dust from the sawing of pavers a few days before. I had been assured that they did not use "pressure" to clean, but did use a chemical solution which would clean and leave windows streak free without the use of a squeegy. For the most part, this was true, with the exception of the one window which has some hard water sprayed on it from the yard water spraying beneath it. I was, however, dissappointed in the dirt left on the caulking around the windows and the spots left on all the pieces in the screened porch, including its frame-work. The cover of the hot tub, furniture and framework for the screening all needed to be hand wiped after the service. I don't know if actual pressure would have cleaned this or not. Perhaps my expectations were not realistic. I do feel though, that with their experience, these issues I have addressed, should have been explianed to me prior to the service. The crew was polite and explained, after I inspected the work and inquired, that caulking around windows doesn't clean-up any better than what they had achieved.

They arrived on time, did a great job and left things in good order.

Charles was rude, and completely unreliable. I would recommend you stay away from this company.

They did an excellent job. We have had another service provider out before and we called them back again. The business had changed hands and they did not do as good of job as before. We bought the big deal and were very pleased with the results. I liked the fact that we were able to speak with the owner at length. He offered us information and answered our questions. The individual that actually did the work was introduced to us appropriately. He told us how long he had been in the company and I was very impressed on how protective they were with our property. We are looking forward to recommending them to our friends.

Responded to initial call within a day. Scheduled work and followed up to confirm. Only hitch was had equipment problem on day of service and had to push start time to afternoon, but arrived on time for new start time. Fast and efficient crew. very pleased with work and how neat they left everything. All furniture and hoses where put away and in their proper place. would definitely use again.

Only down side was the left over smell of bleach that last a couple of days. At no fault of their own the job took long do to because the home was on a low pressure well.

WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! After reading excellent reviews of Safe Touch Pressure Washing online, I called the owner. We had JUST closed on our new home the day before. He promptly returned my phone call, and told me he would call tomorrow with a quote. If we agreed, he would do the job. Well, he called me the next day as promised. We agreed on the price - which was very reasonable. He said I will be there in 2 1/2 hours. This was a Sunday! Charles (the owner) and two other gentlemen arrived ahead of schedule. In an hour and fifteen minutes, our entire home, screened in porch, windows, garage floor, driveway, front walkway, and sidewalk in front of our home were spotless! All the neighbors will be jealous because our home looks SO clean and so beautiful! Prompt, professional, thorough, and exceptional quality of service! We highly recommend Safe Touch Pressure Washing!

It turned out very good. They are excellent and did a very very good job. They were professional. They came to the door. They did the whole job it is kind of like a car wash on wheels and hanged on doors. They want to know if we were satisfied and then left and everything was great. They didn't charge me anything additional. They worked around my schedule. We were busy so they came around when we were convenient. I would use them again in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was alright. They came out a month or so after I purchased the deal and there were no extra charges. The deck and cement looked good for about 2 weeks after the service. I expected more from them. When they said materials, I assumed that they were gonna use their materials. They used some other than water.

This was a very professional operation. Two men showed up (the owner, and his apprentice) with their own water tank, as well as these backpacks that contained the fluid and pressure washing hoses. The house is about 1,800 sq ft, and they were done in less than an hour. The only thing we would've changed is that they left the patio furniture out of place. Other than that, they did a very good job. We'd call them again for a pressure washing job.

Did an outstanding job. Driveway has never looked cleaner.

Went good, my wife thought they were in a bit of a hurry to get to the next job, but they still dia a good job.

Charles and his workers did a great job. They exceeded my expectations. The house looks the way it looked when it was just built. I have given his business card to several of my clients in the last month. They went the extra mile regarding the little details that most firms would skip over. Will use them again next year.

Great experience. They were prompt, professional, and friendly....and my house/patio looks fabulous. I called this morning and asked for a quote based on positive reviews in Angie's list. They were working on another job in the area this morning and figured out how to work me into their schedule this afternoon! I know this type of "instant" scheduling won't happen every time, but I appreciate their flexibility to squeeze me into their schedule today. I was also able to take advantage of an Angie's list coupon. Like I said...great experience.

Pressured washed in the pouring rain. Took porch rugs outside and they got soaking wet. Bleach got on porch plants and killed several. Missed spots. Should have waited until better weather to complete job.

Pretty good. They had good equipment and good employees. The owner also supervised. I think the prices are a little high, but I don't have a lot of experience with others,

Charles was very professional once he arrived. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. My driveway and pool deck have never looked better.

Safe Touch Pressure Washing was fabulous. They came on time. They worked beautifully together as a team. It was just great and superb. It was beautiful. They did a wonderful job. They were above and beyond what I've expected. We didn't go above and beyond the big deal purchase. This is an old historic home and they did it with a very good price. The quality of the work was outstanding. I would use them in the future.

I had only just called Charles the owner on the Monday and he was able to fit me in within a couple of days. Eric and the guys turned up right on time and did a wonderful job, going above and beyond my expectations. There were three people working on the house and all in it took about an hour. They were more than happy to double check that I was happy with everything and even offered to come back again if I found anything after they left. I would definitely use these guys again and would recommend them to anyone.

I could not have been more pleased with this service. The 4 man team did a wonderful job of pressure washing our outside area which was quite a bit of square footage. They were on time very personable, friendly and professional. I will use this service in the future.

Was very pleased with responsiveness, professionalism from Safe Touch. Our driveway has never been this clean in the 25+ years we have lived in the house. Excellent job. we will definitely use again next year. The job took about an 1 1/2 hours since he has multiple employees and multiple machines. I was expecting it to take 4 or 5 hours since we usually spend days just cleaning the driveway and walkway.

Charles and his team worked quickly and efficiently. Everything looked great when they were finished.
