Safe Touch Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

Charles and I got off to a very rough start. I believe that because he and he team are so good that business is booming. We had communications issues but Charles was a gentleman and apologized. We set a new appointment time. His team arrived early, they helped move what needed to be out of their way, they began the work promptly and finished in a reasonable amount of time. It is nice to sit on my patio and look around to a nice clean house, the screens on the porch are so clean and free of any yellow dust they almost look like windows. It has added to my curb appeal.

The owner immediately scheduled me into the next week. We discussed procedures and he explained the safety of chemicals used and guarantee of preserving the landscape. He charged me a nominal fee to add-on patio and driveway cleaning. I felt I could trust them to complete the job although I could not be there and I was not disappointed. They did a beautiful job getting into all the corners under the eaves as well. I could not find any skip-overs, attention was to detail and there was nothing damaged in the process The service was clearly all about the customer and a job well done. These folks are out to please, are professional and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly reuse them in the future.

process went very well, they were on time; very professional; did what they said they were contracted to do; we would hire them again tomorrow if we needed more pressure washing done. neighbor came over and notice the work and was impressed with work as well, he took a business card. I would highly recommend "safe touch" to anyone who wants quality work done.

Overall they did a good job. However, they didn't come when they said and didn't call. I would use them if I didn't mind if it took a couple of weeks to get to me.

The patio and screen enclosure went well...the windows not so well.

By the time it was complete, my house shined from the driveway to the front and back of the house. Two thumbs up!

They arrived on time. I bought a $111. service for driveways and patios. They offered to clean the outside of the house for an additional $99. I normally do not go for the upgrades but the price was fair.They handled the work quickly.

The entire outside of our two story, hardy board house was cleaned. In addition, pavers, steps, deck and outdoor furniture were cleaned. I was surprised to learn that they were even able to get mold/mildew off the roof (of a two story house!). Our white house is pristine. It smelled like bleach for a couple of days but that has passed. There is no residue to attract dirt to the house like someone warned bleach might cause. I think the price was very good and the quality of the work was outstanding. I will use them again. In the future I will pull the screens up a couple of inches to get the windows perfectly cleaned.

Pressure washed the driveway, sidewalk, and patio. For $100 more, washed the entire exterior of this 2-story house (sans roof). Courteous, responsive, thorough.

Safe touch provided great value for their work, which was effective and very professional. Mildew, cob webs, and dust was removed from building and the entire place looks brand new! I am a very satisfied customer.
