Safe Touch Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

Purchased a special through Angies List and called the company to schedule the service. They came out pretty quickly and pressure washed my home while I was at work. They did a great job and my house looks so much better and cleaner! I even called the company after to ask about dirt dobber nests and they were very courteous and explained what I had to do to get rid of the left over shadow bits from my stucco finish. I was pleased with their service.

Was unable to contact the company early on. Contact was made and an approximate date for service was set for the week after Thanksgiving. No service was provided. e-mails were sent, and I started leaving phone messages. We spoke twice I believe. The last e-mail through Angie's list was the end of December. I am not available to make daily calls during business hours. The contractor did not initiate any calls. I just do not have the time to devote to pursuing this service.

Considering the weather conditions. He showed up as stated and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I will use their services again.

The service was good. They did a good job, and they were fast.

My next door neighbor agreed to have his house washed as well. My next door neighbor's house is IDENTICAL square footage, but paid $50 less than I did. My neighbor was told that it would be a good deal because he was already there. I understand that people have to make a living, but at the very least, be fair about it. The job was fine, but paying more simply because I called first left me annoyed. Unfortunately, Safe Touch lost a client.

I had a very difficult time reaching him in the very beginning. Angie’s List contacted the service provider and had him contact me. He called me but I was at a meeting so I told him I would call him back. I called and left a voice mail but he never called me back. When I did talk to him, he was very nice. I would have thought he was overwhelmed by the response as if he just had so much going he couldn't keep his appointments straight.

It was a week from the time we spoke before he could do the work. But I can see why, excellent work fast and efficient and a great price. This guy has got to be in demand and I certain he will never have trouble finding work. My only concern is will he br too busy to do my house next year??? A real find!!!!

Because my house and driveway were larger than the this company was advertised "special," the owner Charles Worthley worked with me and gave me a great price. I got three estimates on this job and this company was absolutely the least expensive. However, although least expensive, the quality did not suffer. The crew of three arrived right on time, if not a bit early, and worked hard for hours. They never stopped except to eat lunch. The crew was very courteous and professional and answered questions without being bothered. Everything went great and the work was excellent. I was provided an invoice and a three year guarantee for the roof and driveway. I would surely recommend this company to others and I would hire them again.

Driveway and Porch look GREAT!!! There were a couple of spots that needed touch up. They came and spayed more solution on it but it didn't get all of it. When they came for follow-up, no one came to the door to let me know they were there so I just saw them driving off. They were very prompt and quick. However, they were so quick I didn't have the opportunity to ask questions afterward. The house looks good. There were a couple of spots that still had some type of substance. I would have liked for them to show it to me so I could ask how to get it off if their service could not.

The guys arrived on time and went right too work. We reviewed the work to be done and I left them to it. They took approximately 2 hours and when they were finished we reviewed all work done. I couldn't be happier with the job. I had waited a long time to get it done because I was concerned about possible damage to window seals etc. but they assured me they would not harm anything and they didn't. They exceeded my expectations and did more than I asked. For example, they pressure washed some pavers I had bordering a tree in the back yard as well as my utility shed. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a professional cleaning service. These guys are good, fair priced and professional.

They missed a few areas but quickly resolved the issue even after putting equipment away. Scheduling with them was easy too.

I was thrilled with the service. I purchased the service from an Angie's list offer and was promptly contacted by the owner Charles after making the purchase. They came out this morning and did an outstanding job of cleaning everything! My two story home sparkles as if freshly painted and they were able to remove the mold from my rain gutters. The two men who did the cleaning were very polite and thorough even cleaning up my patio furniture that was in my pool enclosure. I have a detached garage so arranged to pay an extra $100 to clean that as well. This worked out very well since now my wooden steps are so clean that I'll be able to repaint them with a minimal amount of extra preparation. I will definitely call again when it's time to remove the grime from around my home. This was an exceptional service.

It went very well. They were very quick. There were two people working and they got everything done in an hour and a half. They did a good job too.

Clean clean walls, eaves, driveway, fence (just a portion of fence where is vinyl) Job was done very professional and quick. I will use them again

Charles called back right away and was able to come the next day. Arrived when expected and did a terrific job. Both neighbors use his service as well. Will definitely be using again,

They did a good job. They used a chemical based soft rinse to get the mildew off the shingles. I had them to a little extra work, including a driveway pressure wash, so there were extra costs with that.

HIS TEAM WAS FAST , EFFICIENT, AND DID A GREAT JOB.. WILL HAVE HIM AGAIN.

Charles and his staff arrived early, which was nice. Everyone was very polite and friendly. He informed me of everything they would do and let me know about the chemicals and bleach they would use. They assisted me in removing some of the deck furniture and cushions....."no problem" they said. When I had to walk through their work area, they were very helpful in reminding me to be careful. Very efficient, without being careless. It was a great experience. I will definitely have them back next year. My home and the back yard - pool area look beautiful !!
