Safe Touch Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

Charles Worthley called me the day after I emailed him asking for a quote. He was able to provide a quote by pulling up our house on the internet. Angie's List had a $300 special, which he honored, except because of the length of my driveway, he added $50, which I was fine with. The team showed up early, but Charles let me know ahead of time that he would arrive at an earlier time. We walked around and I showed him the real problem areas. The total job took about 2 hours. I was not surprised it only took 2 hours because he had three guys that worked non-stop, except for a 15 minute lunch break. The result of their hard work showed! The house looked like it had been newly painted. The gutters shined like new, and they were very dirty. The driveway was so clean that the sun's reflection off it caused me to squint. My wife was VERY pleased! I know now I have found a company that I will rely on for future work.

Because of a mix-up in scheduling, Mr. Worthley compensated by pressure washing the walkway in front of the house. In addition, he washed the gazebo, both inside and outside for only $50- a very fair price! I was delighted with his work and recommend him highly.

It was fine. We have about a 16 x 20 pool (1500 sq. ft) pool. It took them about an hour to an hour and a half to do, and there were about 4 techs working on the pool. They used a pressure washer and a floor scrubber on the deck.

It was good. They showed up on time and did the work. There were no problems. I purchased a coupon through Angie's List. That was something that came out early in the year. I got the coupon and asked them to contact me, they didn't and so I put it off. I was waiting for better weather. I called them and scheduled an appointment. They came and cleaned but that was much later than the coupon came out.

The communication has been very poor. He was supposed to show up today and he emailed me last night at 10:30pm and said he wouldn't be here and couldn't get me in for another week or so. He said he had been rained out and needed to catch up and he would call me next Monday. I thought I was initially going to have this done this week. Mean while I have removed everything off of my deck and now he is isn't coming. I get that you can't control the weather, however he could have let me know sooner than 1030 the night before.

After three weeks of promised service from another company, I called Safe Touch. They came within the next few days and completed the pressure washing job. Very professional, house looks great, will definitely use them again.

They did exactly as they said they would do...they uses a pressure washer and cleaned the pool enclosure and pool deck. Last year we used a similar service and they brought a scrubber and used it on the deck and got rid of all the pollen stains. This company showed up and was done in 20 minutes (because they arrived @ 5:40 PM on a @ 12PM arrival time. I thought they were rushed and did an adequate job not a stellar job.

Initial conversation with Chartes was quick & responsive but played telephone tea several times offer that not save that my appointment was even on the books on the day of service frank ans on time and did a great job, but initially did't know to pressure wash house.

Punctual, arrived as agreed. Provided reasonable quote for roof cleaning and driveway scrub/wash. All work professionally completed. Discuss with provider about protection of grass around drainage areas when gettinig roof cleaned, chemicals killed off a few patches of grass.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out wonderful. I could not ask for anything better. I had not used them before and I had no dislikes. They did a good job and did not leave anything not done. The work was done in a timely manner. The price was good.

They were very efficient and my house looked great when they were done. They even got all the rust stains off my house.

arrived and cleaned entire area around the pool. moved furniture,etc as needed. used a great spray-washer for everything and it was so nice and clean-looked great.

I was immediately impressed but I have since had a lot of plants die and I'm relatively certain that the chemicals they put on the roof might have caused this. I contacted Charles and he told me to go ahead and replace the plants and that he'd take care of the cost but I haven't done it yet, as he told me to call him back on the 5th (he was out of town).
