Couldn't have gone better. The owner, Charles, was easy to reach and very responsive to my questions. Frank, who came to do the job, was professional, friendly, helpful, efficient and extremely thorough. Could not have been more pleased with the results. The pool deck looks amazing and all of the green film is off the pool screen and frame. The concrete balustrades on the front porch are gleaming white again, as are the shutters and fences. They removed years of dirt from the driveway and it brightens everything. Places on the house I never thought would come clean...did. I was concerned about the chemicals on my natural wood front door but they knew just what to do and it cleaned up safely and beautifully. I recommend them highly. A great deal of work done at a great value.

Everything went well with the service, and our house looks much better. We're happy with Safe Touch Pressure Washing. The bleach fumes can be a little strong even with the windows closed, though, so if you're sensitive, you may want to leave your home when it's being done and come back when it's finished.

What a disappointment. First, he would not honor the 10% Angie's discount as part of his quote. I spoke twice with the owner, Charles, before setting an appointment for Saturday morning. I confirmed the date and time of day by repeating it back to him before writing it on my calendar. After waiting 2 1/2 hours, I called to find out when he was going to arrive. He did not return my call. After waiting a total of 4 1/2 hours, I called again, leaving a message that I was going to find another company to do the work. He returned that call in 10 minutes. His exact response was "I don't know what makes you think we are coming today." He went on to tell me the appointment was for Monday. He was abrupt and unprofessional. Unbelievably, he blew off the appointment and then blamed me.

Other than a slight misunderstanding regarding the time AM or PM that the service was to be performed, we were quite pleased with the results. They arrived much later in the day than I had anticipated, but it was well worth the wait and the cost. They did an excellent job pressure washing the house, windows, back patio and driveway. They also did the outdoor patio table (which needed it badly too) so that was a pleasant surprise for which I am very grateful. The job was done in approximately 30 minutes, and they moved items out of the way so that they were not damaged during the cleaning. Quick, efficient and cost effective - I would recommend their service.

They did really well, but the price for the additional work we wanted was a very high. My home is only 1400 square feet, and the cost seemed very high. They at least did a good job and worked quickly.

On the date it was scheduled it was pouring down rain & they still kept the appointment and did a spectacular job. We have just scheduled them to come back and clean our pavers & re seal them. Charles is a professional. We will definitely use him again and refer him.

They even cleaned my wooden deck furniture for free. Everything came out beautifully. I actually thought I had to paint my house, little did I know all it needed was a good cleaning! It looked brand new, These guysare awesome. They were in and out in a few hours. Excellent job! I most definitely will use them again.

Talked to the owner earlier in the week and told him I needed the work done prior to Sunday. He put me at the top of the list for Saturday. His guys arrived on time and went to work like a hive of bees. They were very professional, and it was clear to me they took special care to protect our house by the way they assisted each other moving hoses around things as well as handing them up and down from the second floor. I had a column in front that had been stained by a brass plaque. I asked if they thought they could clean it and the did. The place looks like brand new. I have another home that I plan to have them hit for me as well. I highly recommend these guys.

My house looks brand new again. They were very nice hard working guys and the owner Charles was very responsive to my emails and phone calls.

I called and spoke to a gentleman who answered by the company name, he asked to call me right back. The next call he committed to be here the following Tuesday. He came on Wednesday and quoted a high price and aligned to do the work the following Monday. One Monday, he quit by noon due to storms. He did not show on Tuesday but emailed and said he had a conflict, all of his equipment remained in my yard. On Wednesday, he finished 8 hours of work in 3 days. When I wrote the check, he ask me to make it out to him personally, not the company I called. The work was average. The price was high and I was switched from the company I called. Beware of the bait and switch with this company. I used a drive by once and was more pleased.

They came and did the work completely. Very pleasant! Did a great job! Called ahead and that was great!

Arrived on time - did the job - cleaned up the property and left. Was not a big job.

I was dissatisfied. The guy called me 2 hours before he was supposed to be there. I told him to go ahead and have it done. By the time I got there, he was already gone. He called me and told me that he was through, and I don't see how he got done so fast as it was a large property. The time that he called me to tell me he was there and when he was finished, it just seemed way too fast.

Extremely pleased with how pleasant and professional the two people were that came out to clean our pool area. They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them again in the future.
