Safe Touch Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

This was a Big Deal purchase. Provider came out and pressured washed the whole driveway. There was about 15-20% of driveway that was dirtier than the rest. I pointed this out to them before the work began and if it wasn't going to come clean, they shouldn't try to to begin pressure washing. They did do the whole driveway and the part that I pointed out did not come clean. The provider told me that the brick were sun bleached. The ones that were dirty did not get sun bleached is why they were discolored. Then they changed the story and said that was how the bricks were made. I checked the next day and those bricks were getting sun. The owners team was very professional and kind and even tried pressure washing again but it didn't come clean. The owner said he would come out and check this himself but he never came out and never called me. I texted him and left my phone number and he still didn't come out. Due to this, I have a very bad impression of company as it appears that he doesn't care about his customers. The team was wonderful but the lack of response from the owner has made me very disappointed with the outcome.

What can I say, they came in did everything that was promised, and the house was clean and like new again. The rust marks in the driveway were removed. A first class job and worth every dime that I paid.

They were fabulous! Extremely professional. They came on time, and I thought it was going to take the whole afternoon, but they had wonderful equipment, and were done in about an hour and a half. They were very attentive to details, and everything looks great now!

Well, we paid over $1000 for this & in advance. Owner Charles Worthy sent workers here & upon completion he admitted to me it was a poor job. There are a lot of areas in sanded, then when they "sealed" they had not brushed the driveway filling in all cracks with sand & doing so prior to sealing...so they sealed sand on top of pavers. Charles Worthy told us when we they were finished our pavers would look like glass...because he uses a high end sealer. I have asked for resolution, he has promised me he would make it right & he never has. We would like it fixed ASAP or a refund. Not sure if I have date of service correct - but it wouldn't let me choose anything except March...perhaps that's when I bought the special he was running.

I called Charles on a Tuesday at the number provided in Angie's list. He scheduled the cleaning for Saturday. He mentioned that since this was a slow time of the season for cleaning, he would provide me a discount in addition to the one on Angie's list. Who doesn't like additional discounts? He arrived promptly with his crew, left them to their work, returned to inspect the work and collect payment. I am very pleased with the quality and price of the work. The roof shingles look new. If there was any negative, it was that the warranty information (in writing) was not immediately available, and I had to wait to get it via email after the work was done. Other than that, I would most highly recommend Safe Touch for roof shingle cleaning.

The service went well. It did take a long time to get them scheduled for the service because they were very busy. I was not home while they did the job.

It was over before I knew he had started. He came out on a Sunday becasue he had gotten over booked.

The owner/provider was prompt, friendly, and provider excellent communication. We bought the service on 12/31/14, but the weather did not cooperate; hence, why the actual service was delayed. We bought the pressure washing for the house only, but he washed the windows as well and all 3 of our porches and did not ask for extra money. He was very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend this contractor.

It went great. They called right away and came out exactly when stated to do the estimate. Came out same day to do work and left everything back in it's place. Pressure washing was done great. I was very pleased.

Called Charles and scheduled them to clean my Dirty, Bug specked house in April 2014. They came and did a spectacular job. We actually thought we had to paint our house. No we didn't - Safe Touch got it clean and brand new looking! We actually used them again in October 2014. I will use them over and over again. They are very good, careful and even cleaned my wooden furniture for free.

They did a marvelous job. My 9 year old house was in need of a face lift and the drive and patio were very dirty. Everything was so clean when they finished. I was impressed with the scrubber they used on the drive and patio. They were very professional. I will definitely call them again.

The team was friendly, courteous, and made attempts to be unobtrusive and relatively quiet so as not to disturb sleeping kids and neighbors on a Sunday morning. :) They did a great job and were in and out in a flash. A couple of sections of the driveway were especially dirty, under trees that hang over and cause more algae to form. Safetouch's equipment cut right through it, quickly and easily.

results were very good. The company was very professional and , I believe, gave me a good price for the work that was done.. I was very pleased and would recommend this company without reservation.

I forget the exact dates, just did my best to estimate. Was a no show for morning appointment. A phone call got them coming that afternoon. Owner did not appear even though, on several prior phone conversations, I had asked him to, in order to make clear what needed doing, and I made it clear I would pay more for extra work. The crew came and did a rush job, all spotty and streaky. From their comments I could tell they were told to work this job in, even though they already had a full schedule. They did not get all the way to the edges and that showed big time. My request that they go back over the worst of it had them simply spray their chlorine stuff and leave it saying it would be fine. However it is a very strong mix, I have dogs, and it cannot be good for them. I hosed it off myself. 2 weelks later a tree died from overspray that was not washed off. Bottom line is I would not allow these people back here if they worked for free. I have read thru their reviews and it seems like most people get good work. The few that are unhappy, however, are very unhappy, and I see why.

They came out and did a nice job pressure washing the house and the driveway. I had 4 small rust spots on the driveway and asked if it was possible to get them removed. They said it wouldn't be a problem and proceeded to pour muriatic acid on them. It then turned the small spots into large dark spots. I also have dark streaks in the concrete from where the acid drained down the driveway. It looks 10 times worse than before. The guys told me that it has never happened before. I called the office and left them a message along with sending them pictures of the driveway and got no response from them. After a week, I called again and talked with someone who said the owner is in South Africa but would call me when he gets back on Nov. 21st. That was almost 3 weeks ago now and I have not heard back. I understand things can happen but it is completly unprofessional to not return someones call. I will not be using them again and will be spending this weekend trying to fix my driveway.

The team was very customer service oriented and our house looks great. I've had the driveway cleaned before, but this was, by far, the best cleaning job ever. It looks better than when we bought the house 14 years ago! Very happy with this provider.

He has missed two appointments. He has now been unresponsive when I have tried to schedule a new appointment.

It was really good and they really cleaned off my back porch which I would never gotten that clean. They were too fast because it was two guys with two pressure washers. They are great, honest and they lived up to what they said they'd do.

Went well. Showed up on scheduled day while I was at work. Came home and everything was spotless. The home actually looked brand new. Driveway was white and super clean. Porch outstanding. Will use them again.

The crew was on time, friendly and my decks look better than they have in years. I give them an A++ They did a great job also on my metal roof...am using again soon to pressure wash my entire home!
