They had a busy schedule but they'll work with you. I called the following day because they missed a spot (honest mistake) and they were great,...sent someone out a day or two later to get it. Have used them several times

We had called many other pressure washing companies and they no showed, decided to try Angie's List, called Safe Touch and they were amazing! They not only jumped in to save the day, they came two days early, did everything as expected, called on the way, and called to follow up with the service. I have literally used 10 people in the past month for other work and he was the most responsive, follow up, professional and his staff was top notch! I will use again and refer anyone who needs pressure washing!

EXCELLENT!!! Just sorry I don't have before and after photos! I have a large, wood deck that hadn't been pressure washed or sealed in a few years. It was covered in mold. I've pressure washed it myself in the past but it takes me most of two days to do it. These guys have professional tools and made it look like new in under an hour. They showed up on time, were friendly and got right to work. They had me inspect it after they were finished. Even the numerous rail poles looked new. Now that the deck looks so good I want to re-sod the yard so it looks as good!

Response was fast after I called. I have a large, two-story. They were done in around 40 minutes, packed and ready to leave. I walked around house and found several areas that were missed. They redid those areas. After they left, I found another large area that I had to get on ladder to clean with a rag. There seemed to be no attention to detail just the desire to be done and leave. They also encouraged me to have them clean my driveway because it was "filthy." I'm always bothered by a business that's comes for a service then tries to sell you more. Also, I think the cost was ridiculously high for what I got. I will not be recommending them nor using them again.

They did a great job. Pressure washed the driveway, house and patio, and cleaned out the gutters. They even did a few extras I didn't ask for. It's been 3 months and everything still looks clean.

This service was an Angie's List special offer. I contacted them via the Angie's List portal, and they contacted me a day or 2 later. They said they could get out there in the next week or so. I told them that was fine, I wouldn't be there, but my wife would probably be at home depending on when they got there. They got there that following week, and when I got home from work, I noticed the work had been done. The did a great job on the siding. It hadn't been cleaned in probably 10 years or so, and it looked almost new. However, some communication must have gotten mixed up, because they didn't do the gutters/soffit on the outbuilding. I called them a couple of days later and explained this, they got back to me the next day and said they would come out and do that. I think they may have been a little overwhelmed by the Angie's List offer, (I think it was a very good price for what they did) because it was a few weeks until they came out and cleaned the outbuilding. They did a great job on the gutters. There was quite a bit of mildew buildup, (I had actually tried to clean part of them with my pressure washer and couldn't get all of it off) and they looked new. The soffit was cleaned very well too. I even had some lights that were hanging on the soffit and they managed to clean what they needed to without damaging them. Overall, I was very satisfied, even with the mis-communication. They followed up and came through. I would definitely use them again.

After I purchased the original deal, I was contacted right away. They advised that could go ahead and do my driveway, walkways and entire house for the same amount as the original deal.The original offer was for the pool deck and screen enclosure I felt this was better than fair and acccepted. I could not be more pleased. I purchased this deal in February, but did not use until now. I was a little concerned that they may have forgotten me given the length of time between purchase and actual use. They were great. Very friendly, courteous and did a great job in a short amount of time. I plan to use this company every year from now on. .

I highly recommend Safe Touch! They were extremely responsive and professional. They were able to get out to our house very quickly and did an excellent job. I've never seen my driveway and back patio so clean. They even took the time to clean our patio furniture, which was in desperate need of cleaning. Great service and well worth the cost!

I called. I messaged him. He finally called back telling me he had been at the dentist and would call back. Didn't. I had an emergency need, so I gave him another chance. Called again. He apologized profusely and said his crew would be out first thing beginning of the week. I called THAT MORNING to say I wouldn't be home, but to start without me. He said no problem. When I arrived home and they still weren't there, I called him. He made excuses and said he would call back. He apologized AGAIN and said they would be out the next day "first thing". When they didn't arrive AGAIN, I called AGAIN. He was out of the country. I got a call from a sub-contractor. HE was taking over and would be there by late afternoon. Omg. Are you serious? I didn't care, I had my homeowner's association yelling at me, I just needed it done. Well, his equipment broke during the job, and he said he would return "first thing" on Friday. Did he? Of course not. No call, no explanation. I'm furious. Had the original guy just told me he was overextended, recommended someone else, done ANYTHING else, instead of giving me excuse after excuse, I would not be writing this scathing review. I just needed someone to be honest about their ability to manage time. Greedy jerks. BUYER BEWARE.

Roof and house cleaning was well done. Drive way cleaning not as good as iron staines are still visible. Recommend to stay home and supervise the team. My seat cushions were placed on the lawn and left inthe rain. My garden hose was left running. My screen door top himge was broken. The owner fixed the top hinge but the door does not close well anymore and I just noticed that the bottom hinge was damaged as well. I also found 2 broken flower pots. Although the treatment approach is supposed to be safe for landscaping, my hedges partially died, right along the roof line where the chemicals drain of the roof when it rains

I found later that they left my hydrant running -- not good. Also, the owner showed up asking for money that I didn't owe him. I had already pre-paid. He interrupted the workers and they hurried so that they didn't put my heavy furniture back where it belonged and, as mentioned, left a hydrant running. Before they left, I noticed that they hadn't cleaned one sidewalk. I had to run them down to finish.

What an excellent job! A team of 3 men descended on our house. Each was assigned to a separate task so they were finished in an hour. The house looks brand new! I will definitely hire them again and have already recommended them to a co-worker. Thank you Charles and team!!!

I purchased the 1000 square foot driveway or deck promo for $89.00 from Angie's List. They worked with me on scheduling for a date when I was off work, called the day before , & showed up when they said they would. The guys were very polite, professional, & QUICK! They finished the job in much less time than I expected, my deck is super clean, & they cleaned my wooden patio furniture too. I am very pleased with the whole process & plan on using them again to pressure wash my house. Thanks guys.

Went well. My neighbor saw and had workers do his at the same time.

They charged 1k for the same job that others were quoting 2.5k for. Did an excellent job. No damage to the house and it looks good as new. Will plan on using them in the future.

SafeTouch actually arrived early with a crew of three and a trailer full of equipment. After reviewing the drive area that I wanted washed, the owner discussed washing the cedar shake siding of the house.. I agreed to the extra work Cedar Shakes need periodic cleaning to restore the appearance, and remove mildew and mold from the surface of the shake. It must be done carefully; if too much water pressure is used the shake will be damaged The Safe Touch crew did an excellent job. They worked quickly and completed the job expeditiously. When they were done, they cleaned up and left the yard as it was before they arrived. The driveway was also cleaned and its appearance restored to "as new" condition I recommend them highly, without reservation.

Did a good job of pressure washing the drive way, and getting the mold etc. off the house. Would use them again, very accommodating to my schedule.

I had purchased a big deal for pressure washing of driveway and sidewalk and communicated by email with Charles. He was very timely in his communications. He offered the option of pressure washing my house as well and quoted the price. A time and date was scheduled. One week prior to the scheduled date he called to say that he crew was in the area and was available to come that day if it was convienient for me. They were prompt and performed the services in a professional manner. They cleaned all agreed upon areas and even some small areas that I had not asked to be cleaned. I was very pleased with their work.

This was a Big Deal purchase. Provider came out and pressured washed the whole driveway. There was about 15-20% of driveway that was dirtier than the rest. I pointed this out to them before the work began and if it wasn't going to come clean, they shouldn't try to to begin pressure washing. They did do the whole driveway and the part that I pointed out did not come clean. The provider told me that the brick were sun bleached. The ones that were dirty did not get sun bleached is why they were discolored. Then they changed the story and said that was how the bricks were made. I checked the next day and those bricks were getting sun. The owners team was very professional and kind and even tried pressure washing again but it didn't come clean. The owner said he would come out and check this himself but he never came out and never called me. I texted him and left my phone number and he still didn't come out. Due to this, I have a very bad impression of company as it appears that he doesn't care about his customers. The team was wonderful but the lack of response from the owner has made me very disappointed with the outcome.
